My daughter in law was going through the drive through, she order big Mack sauce on the side for her step son. They put it on his burger and charged her 50 cents. She asked if they could take the burger and make one without sauce and it in a cup. They answered no and said it would cost another 50 cents, this is ridiculous and uncalled for. They made her pay again just for a cup of big Mack sauce she already paid for.
Well we set there for 20 minutes at window #2,someone else got our order at window # 1No one told us we were at wrong window.Finally after setting there 20 minutes,my husband walked in and said we haven't gotten our food yet.Some one else went around our vehicle laughing at us,and had our food.Rude customerFood is yet to be eaten by us,we lost our appetite!
My burger was raw. Fries were cold and hard. Definitely not worth the time or money spent sitting in the drive through.
You really never know if your order will be right or not. 1 time out of the last 3 visits it was correct. Just hit or miss
This one NEVER gets out order correct. They never have any pies. And you have to ask for even one pack of ketchup or one napkin. Do not recommend. Oh yeah, and they seem to close at whatever time between 10 and 12 they feel like.
I think the staff at this McDonald's are quite rude! Other than rude workers they seem to have their act together the orders are normally right an the food is fresh an good...

I wish I could post without giving any stars... THE worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I live close by and have been to this location a few times, but never again!!! I legit drive to the one on Stone Drive to avoid this one. They NEVER have fresh fries, they NEVER get our order right and the young chick at the second window is NEVER NICE!!! She’s rude every single time!! Last time we stopped there, she had us pull forward to “wait on the fries”... Those fries were so burnt that you’d think you could break a tooth. Terrible place!! If you want good service, nice people, and for your food to be right and well, then I highly recommend STAYING FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Corporate needs to fix this or they will continue losing customers. ?♀️
not for the first time, this McDs has botched my order, come to think of it I dont think this location has ever gotten an order of mine 100% correct.. its usually something simple, pickles when no pickles should be present or the wrong sauce. This time I believe they have forever ruined the McRib for me. Asked for light sauce and got more than double sauce. Having no time at all to eat on lunch break, I of course could not go back and complain and get it fixed. Instead I had to eat it or go hungry. Unfortunately I ate it...
Was actually okay this time. Everything I ordered was in the bag, nothing was messed up. And I didn't have to wait so long.
