The McDonald's in Loudon TN. has continued to get worse and worse. I eat there everyday the fries have not been cleaned in weeks they can not get your order right. They flooded the store a couple days ago. No one even slowed down. The manager took pics. Then messed around in the lobby and went right back to making orders and passing out food. The ketchup packets are always stuck together with some kinda nasty stuff all over them. The kids that work there Hal the time just stand around like they have no clue what to do. Something needs to be done at least about how nasty the place is. I am contacting the health department first thing tomorrow. The bun on my burger was hard as a rock today.

I see all the restaurant reviews on here. This is not a McDonald's restaurant. It is a local owner/operator office, not the main head McDonald's corporate office or an actual restaurant. Hope this helps :)

The night manager of the Chapman highway location is a prestigious little man! He should be fired!!!!! His name is Paul!!!!
These r the rudest people I've ever talked to the woman I spoke to would not tell me her name all i needed was a separation form and u felt like i was pulling teeth very rude and the store manager Aaron at the east end McDonald's is the only nice person but when u hire a 16 or 17 yo kid to be a manager then u have hit rock bottom i will never eat at any McDonald's anymore nor my family will and I will spread the word bout yall and I door dash so I will tell all customers bout yalls bad service
The food is always awful at this location. I will never go back here again. Fort Henry Drive. My fries are terrible, the fish sandwich literally has tarter sauce everywhere and I ask for light tarter. The nuggets are old and way over cooked. No Ice in the drink. Just convinced no one cares about quality or customer service
