I thought it was a small delicatessen. Turns out that it is a restaurant. Too fancy for me. I like things simple. Leave a tip? It was take out!
Bread is always hard. Waitress messed up and charged me for a free tea when signing up. Charged me extra for a teeny bit if honey mustard without telling me. Very little orange cranberry spread on sandwich. Amount of bacon is a joke on sandwich
We did their 1/2 meal deal for all 3 of us for dinner. I am a very picky person when it comes to a Ruben sandwich. I love their Ruben and will be eating another one soon.
For great sandwiches, soups, and spuds here is where to go! Love their cranberry orange sandwich with soup and/or a spud. The key lime pie is an added edition to your meal! i have tried several items and everything has been good and fresh.
I went in for lunch with my boyfriend Friday. For lunch which was half sandwich and small soup it was $24. It took 37 minutes for our food to get to the table which is insane as many people have 30min to 1hr lunch breaks. I commented to the girl that brought the food to the table "I thought you had forgotten about us, we were waiting so long". She ignored me and just put the food down on the table. No apology! In addition as seen in the photo I don't know if the plate was dirty or severely stained but either way ....gross!By the time we had gotten the food my soup was cold. Being as it was broccoli cheese soup served cold it was more like eating thick sludge .Our experience was terrible!
My husband and I love ordering from here. We do it at least once a week (through Uber). For the second time in as many weeks my order came without the avocado. It costs extra for this ingredient and they left it out AGAIN. I'm very disappointed because we love the food but we are not getting what we pay for.
Pleasantly surprised ! The sandwiches was excellent Although didn't care very much for the consistency texture of the potato salad the sandwiches was excellent.Definitely will be going back. I highly recommend if you enjoy a fresh delicious sandwich.
I have ordered from McAlister's before and while the food was good, there were things left out of the order and I had to go back. However today when I ordered a grilled chicken salad there was one thing I wish they HAD left out...the big black hair I found on a piece of chicken after I had eaten half my salad. I won't be ordering again from this McAlister's.
They have great spuds . For a good price
Ordered a Southwest Salad and a Sweet Chipotle Sandwich- receive a Savannah Chopped Salad, and the Ciabatta bread of my sandwich was not toasted as per menu description.
