Was there before they closed. Girl was on the phone for 20 mins laughing and smiling, register went down before I got there and they wouldn’t serve me because they were closed even though I was in the store and waited 20 mins prior to them closing but because they “needed” to get home they wouldn’t serve the rest of the people in the store.
Had to repeat my pickup order 5 times and spell it 3 times. They finally found my order but didn’t even know the price? Turns out it was $33 dollars and I didn’t get change lol.

I ordered 2 flavors. Chocolate and mint. I wanted toppings mixed in both flavors but not to have the ice cream flavors mixed together. The girl working there said she said couldn't do that and could only sprinkle them on top unless I wanted the ice cream flavors mixed together too (which is bs). When she sprinkled the toppings, half fell onto the counter and I barely got any. Plus, she was rushing me to finish my order. After she sprinkled one topping, she was headed straight to the register even though I wasn't done, and I had to tell her I wasn't finished ordering. My son ordered something similar, and the other girl had no issue mixing for him. My ice cream was NOT what I wanted at all and I was not happy with the customer service. Needless to say, I won't bother returning. I'm not going to argue with a child about ice cream. I'll leave a review and take my business elsewhere.

Loved it. Wish their were more people working. Lot of customers for 2 young people. But they handled the crowd well and gave us great service.
It It was OK for your typical ice cream place a little pricey, But the ice cream was really good and you always get what you pay for... The staff was very friendly and very helpful, The store was exceptionally clean and they were covid friendly... And if you wanna get some ice cream the marble slab would be the place to be in there in Kingsport...
