I love the Brussels sprouts at Longhorn. I dine in and tell them I want them extra crispy and extra sauce. The smoky sweet sauce is what makes them so good. I also tell them if they don’t send them that way, I will just send them back. It took a time or two but the last several times I’ve dined in and got them they were just right. But don’t order them to go.Every single time I order them to go, again I ask for extra crispy, extra sauce. I get them home and they’re dry. I’ve complained and got more sauce that I had to drive 10 mins back for or sent a coupon. Last time I asked do they have extra and while it wasn’t much it was enough to make them ok. This time I ordered “extra crispy and extraextra sauce” then looked before I left the parking lot. They were dry.So I go inside and tell them what I need and little miss kitchen prissy britches tells me “this is extra, see?” while turning them upside down in the bowl. I say then you must have different rules for dine in and to go because I get extra when I dine in and their always dry when I take to go. Besides, I want extraextra so can you not just give the customer what they ask for?This is not the only thing this happens with. My husband refuses to order to go from there anymore because everytime we do there are problems with the food. Cold, over seasoned, dry, etc.I’ve included photos that one supposedly includes the extra sauce poured out on a plate with the empty bowl so you can see the “extra” prissy claimed I had already and the other photo that shows the extra (tiny) bit of sauce per order of Brussels I got when I went back.)So just be forewarned I suppose.
The food is always on point! Visiting during lunch, Virginia is an excellent server. Brandy is also another excellent employee, she is always busting her butt, but manages to be friendly and speak every time! These stellar employees and great food is what keeps bringing us back!!
When getting your bread have them bring you cinnamon and mix it with your butter. It delicious haha. Love the food here.
Ordered food for my family last night. It's always so good at this location and last night was decent, it's just for that price my steak should be ready for me to eat at the temperature I requested. It was not. I saved my steak since I couldn't cook it last night and I'll probably eat it sometime today which was disappointing because I really wanted that steak last night and now it just won't be the same.
Had great time. Great family restaurant or just out for a quick drink or a quick bite
Can't beat their steaks!! Ribeye perfectly cooked medium every time we go!! Great service at lunchtime!! Thank you Longhorn!!
Steak was cooked way more than the medium we asked for my steak knife had old Steak sauce on the handle. Had to wipe off the steak sauce lid befor I could open it.
Baked potato was cold. Gravy on hamburger steak was nasty. Server was very good. She went and got me a very hot baked potato. I knew I should have tried the rib eye steak.
I am never disappointed with the quality of the outlaw ribeye. It is always packing with delightful grilled, gently spiced flavor, juicy and just fatty enough to add flavor. Tried house margaritas, just as satisfied with them. Service couldn’t be better, efficient, friendly and all around perfect.
