Tried this place three times. The first we got a hot and ready and you could tell the pizza had been sitting around for hours, it was like trying to bite into rubber. The second time we ordered deep dish knowing it would be baked fresh and it was severely undercooked. It was literally raw and cold in the middle. The third time we just got crazy bread, it was also so raw that we had to throw it away. Don't waste your money at this location
After waiting 45 minutes, and them giving away my order, all the manager had to say was "yeah, we are busy". She was very hateful and told me I had not waited that long. When the girl told me they gave away my order, she laughed, it wasn't funny. If they are too busy to handle 3 or 4 customers at a time, they need new people or a new manager. That woman is a horrible manager and horrible with customers
This is what I call outstanding edicates.......I moved here about a year ago from Wyoming with my husband. By far this is the absolute best restaurant in this country from my experience. If there were more stars to give I wouldn't hesitate to give 20. I always get great customer service from the staff, my food is amazing and the restaurant is always so clean. You guys really do go above and beyond in my books. Thank you all so much for the atmosphere you produce. I look forward to my next visit.
This was fast, and pretty good. It's not gourmet, everyone knows that, but $6 for a large pepperoni, ready to go, isn't bad. I've had the wings from another location before and they were overpriced and gross, so I just stick with the pizza personally. Staff was cool, and I was in & out in like 2 minutes. It's ok.
It was fine. Apparently no longer have sausage as hot and ready. Toppings are sparse but that is the norm for them. Pizza is same quality it always was but price continues to climb for this chain.
We stopped into town of Kingsport for an overnight at a hotel. Restaurants were limited as well as the fact that our service dog in training was not on his best behavior after being in the vehicle for 11 hours. Little Caesars was located right behind the hotel, a quick phone call we were told a 20 minute wait which gave us time to go to the local grocery store and buy a beverage. 30 minutes later we were enjoying dinner in our room. Frankly I've never been disappointed with Little Caesars Pizza, and it was in the right place at the right time.
Pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way bread sticks where doughy . Horrible and it was my sons birthday.
Just picked up a pizza and some cheese bread.The cheese bread was great but the pizza had been in the warmer way too long and was super rubbery and looks like Freddy Kruger’s face.
Was in there on Thursday the young lady that waited on me was very pleasant. The food was fresh tasty and perfect. They did a wonderful job.
