Much nicer than the other little Caesers
Food was good but the price has gotten to high. The point of going here is that it's supposed to be cheaper than it's competition and unfortunately it's not anymore.
You know what? They burned my pizza the first time, which was inconvenient for me. It was a busy night though and things were hectic so I was pretty understand and then they handled the situation perfectly. I was refunded my money and given a fresh pizza that was probably the best pie I've ever gotten from little Caesars. Kudos to the team working tonight
OK LITTLE Caesars was going on here the pizza was dryer then sand paper and wasn't even cut thou all the way i spend to much much to get ripped off like this please get with yalls managers and crew members to see what they need to help them get better at make better food for the customer.
We usually love Little Caesar's but this time we were disappointed. A little over done.

Customer Service training. I cannot believe the way I was spoken to after the manager on duty on 9/27/20 on 8:30PM admitted to them messing up my pizza AND charging me more and then CONTINUED to put the blame on me, saying I was the one in the wrong after I he admitted to two employees messing up, including himself, yet immediately after decided to put the blame on me, a paying customer who didnt get what he paid for and overpaid. I asked him for his bosses name and told him I would get in touch with him in the morning to straighten this out and also tell him how ill spoken this manager was towards me, then he hung up on me. I did not curse, I did not call any names, I was looking to get the pricing and my pizza fixed and he refused to do so.
