Absolutely the worst Little Caesars location I could ever imagine. It's a wonder corporate hasn't ended this disaster of a store. No Hot N Ready, ever. The wait is horrific, only to get to the counter and be rudely informed of all the items they don't have. I will try another location tomorrow, but never again will I step foot in this establishment which has disappointed way too many times. "Pizza, pizza" has become Pitiful, Pitiful.
Everytime I go here it's so busy and the workers can't keep up. I've waited an hour for one pepperoni pizza. This time they gave my food away to someone else and then tried to say I asked for a refund and I didn't. It took them 40 mins and they never even ade my pizza. This is the third time I've had to say something. They don't go in order at all and everyone after me gets their food first. They need to hire more people.
The girl who worked the front today 5-16-2022 needs to find another job. WE UNDERSTAND THAT NOT ALL PIZZA IS HOT AND READY. We said we would wait but she kept being hateful and bringing it up. Go to the other little Caesar’s!!
I placed a $45.05 order on the Little Caesars app for delivery. When my assigned dasher arrived, the restaurant informed him that my order was handed to the wrong dasher. Another customer ended up receiving my order while their order stayed at the restaurant. I ended up with nothing and 3 hours on hold for support to get my money back because the restaurant refused to remake my food. They told my dasher they can’t remake something that already went out the door, even if it was handed to the wrong person. Don’t you check what you are handing to the DoorDash drivers, there are names on the boxes. I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back and no dinner for tonight.
This used to be the best quality and service, but the quality has dropped in the last month. I love the ordering on line and picking up hot at the portal as soon as they are loaded. The last two pizzas were ones that had been sitting a while (not hot out of the oven). Tonight the portal was empty when opened after my name was posted. Then I was handed a cold box. After refusing this, I was handed a hot pizza. When I got home, found this pizza was severely lacking sauce. Little Caesar’s is a great pizza value when the store is well managed. I’m starting to question the Stonegate quality management now. Will give them one more chance.
After asking for thin crust 3 times on the phone, it was regular. They made an new one that said thin on the ticket. When I got to the car and looked at it, it was also regular crust. I gave up and took the nasty one.
Ordered with app twice now and it was ready on time each time. Walk in type in your code and leave. So much better than waiting in line. No issues with my orders or food from this location.
I ordered a cheese bread about an hour ago came inside stood in line 5 to 10 minutes then finally got to counter the card reader wouldn't read my card tried for several minutes and nothing I finally just told them to cancel my order this was insane tonight.
Omg this manager TOUCHED HIS SHOES AND MADE A PIZZA!!!! THE GUY ASKED FOR Q REFUND AND HE SAID NO HED MQKW ANOTHER PIZZA AND HE HAS YET TO WASH HIS HAND WE HAVE WAITED FOR THE PIZZA FOR A WHILE... THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!! NASTY
It's OK if you want 45 minute hot & ready pizzas. Last 3 times going I've not waited under 38 minutes and only get the hot and ready. It's hot but never ready at this one particular store
