The food is good, unfortunately they lie, are rude and refused to fix the issues.Everything on their menu is $1 more than what is advertised on their website and Togo menu and there is an added Togo fee that is higher than advertised. When I brought this up to the lady at the front she said they do not have an online menu, that it must be another restaurant. The manager came out and I mentioned it to him and he directed me to their online menu (which they have written on a board when you first walk in)I said that the lady told me there is no online menu and he just shrugged as did she. I told him their menu is incorrect and I shouldn't be getting charged more than what is shown. He just said "due to the pandemic we had to increase our prices."Ridiculous. False advertising. Just update your menu and stop lying to people.
The worst experience of my life brought my niece for her graduation party. Was overcharged for certain items. Ask if they had Cherry Coke was told yes but then was brought a Coke with grenadine which was fine but then got charged over $4 for it. When questioned about it because ask for a refill and was not given one That's when I was told it's a specialty drink. Having seven people in our party and had to wait for two of the people which were children to have their food brought out and had to ask multiple times where their food was. I will say it again this was the worst experience I've had and I don't appreciate it when I came out to have a graduation dinner for my niece next time I'll go elsewhere there's thousands of Mexican restaurants in Kingsport like car washes you can find a new one
The staff was friendly and the food was good. The place was clean and well decorated. The cashier let me use my La Carrera discount card by punching a hole in it. I paid the cashier, not the waitress. I didn't have to write down the tip. The cashier entered the percentage I requested and the right tip amount was printed on the receipt.
Best appetizer they have is the nachos el patron (we add fresh lime on top) definite 10/10Haven’t had an entree that hasn’t been delicious. The portions are large, and priced decently for the amount of food you receive.The BEST DESSERT IS THE JELLY DONUT CHEESECAKE. This isn’t always there so if it’s there when you are….. ORDER IT. The fried ice cream and fried cheesecake are also really delicious.I attached a picture of the jelly donut cheesecake and the fried ice cream.
Absolutely love this place. We took the family here for DeAndreas b'day and they give us a lovely bday song with some free ice cream for him and my daughter because her bday is tomorrow. So again I love this place. They are great people. Great food. Great services.
The place was clean & the staff was friendly. The only thing that was wrong this day was the restaurant's phone was off the hook. So you could not place your order ahead of time. There was patrons asking why it was off the hook & the gal working the front seemed to not want to answer the question. Because she didn't. It was not a very long wait when ordering right inside on the spot. The food was hot & very good. That's why they get 5 stars.
Prices are too high for the portion and quality size you receive it is a good Mexican restaurant depending on which shift is working but overall there’s better options out there

Food was delicious. Our server seemed like he was else where. Forgot a few things a few times. Margaritas were super sour. But all n all great place.
