The menu posted on their own website advertises lower prices, then you get into the restaurant and what do you know they are 33% higher (in my instance). I questioned the price and stated it was advertised differently on their website. No, "I'm sorry, or show me where you saw it on our site and I'll honor that price." Let's note, I had already made an effort to come in the store, wait in line, and order. Nope, just "This is the price." I mentioned, again, "Your website is inaccurate and walked out." I got no response or even an acknowledgment of my comment. Obviously, they know it's that way and don't have intentions of fixing it. I'm pretty sure "Bait and Switch" is an illegal business practice. I might bring that to the Better Business Bureau's attention, too.
The service is Great! But, the food has been a bit greasy lately. It could just be the take out though. Still a good place to eat.
Don’t order to go or to pickup EVER. Place can be quiet as a mouse and the cooks will still find a way to mess your food up. I honestly think they do it on purpose, because some of the mistakes are rather stupid when I’m ordering something as simple as chicken tacos with cheese. Go to another Mexican restaurant, you won’t be dissatisfied.
They are a little under staffed at the moment, but the staff that was available were great, and the food was delicious.
Very disappointed in the #9 kids menu take out of chicken breast/rice/cheese.Had it many times before and really enjoyed.This time it was Not breast but cut up other parts and all mixed together. Not enjoyable.
Beef Quesadilla was just a beef taco with a little cheese. Cheese was not even melted. Chili relleno was literally 1sq inch of pepper covered with cheese. The picture posted is all the pepper that was included.
This place looks clean when you walk in but don't be fooled! I placed a to go order and then went to pick up, I always check my bags and open my food boxes to make sure the order is correct anywhere I go to eat. As I was doing so I had two cockroaches crawl out of my food containers! Needless to say I did not take the food and eat it So if you like roaches in your food well bona petite! I wouldn't let my dog eat here
It was so fantastic it was what we crave twice in 2 weeks a rare Chris family definitely for Dad and that's who I aim to please and every aspect of my life and my children satisfied but something was going right on John B Dennis.! Can't wait to order again!
Do not waste time and money coming here. Service was abysmal. The food was not edible. Beans were so cold the cheese would not melt and they had a scorched taste. Rice was also cold. Seriously, the health department needs to visit. Meat was greasy as were the tortillas. Drinks had little to no alcohol but they don’t pour in front of guests. That should have been our first clue. Absolutely terrible experience. Although not sure how you can screw up Mexican.
I adore this restaurant. The staff and food are first rate in my humble opinion.
