Would not ever recommend this place for doughnuts, they're ALWAYS out of doughnuts and when they do have them they're ice cold. Staff is very unprofessional and smoke outside the back door for everyone in the drive thru to see. Loading door is always fully open for bugs and whoever to come in and out the building. When greeted you are immediately told what they're no longer making for that day and to come back tomorrow vs Krispy kreme greeting for ordering. I've never actually heard the greeting but I'm sure it's not what I can't order and to come back. Staff grooming standards are non existent. I would encourage someone from Senior leadership DESPERATELY needs to visit this location before they get someone sick from improper food handling.

Upon arrival my son noticed three workers in the shed (right beside the drive thru) smoking what appeared to be black and milds with a weird funny smell. Once I pulled up to order, the ole so sweet donuts. I was startled with the laughing and gagging sounds coming from the speaker. Confused and hungry I ordered a dozen hot glazed donuts. To my surprise the donuts were spongy and dripping with old brown grease, With a light dusting of glaze. I got a refund after I watched the two people that ordered before me do the same.
Service horrible. You could clearly see that the cashier NICKIE did not want to work. She didn't like a swering questions about assortment etc. Requested no fake sugars and she wanted to argue. Order 2 dozen variety spent 40 including a coffee box that was not even filled up not even 3 cups of coffee. Never again. Tossed my receipt the floor and refused to give me my receipt manager had to come over and tell her to stop with attitude. BAD service.
At 830 pm, could not even get a simple glazed doughnut. Was told they were out of their most basic item. Only a couple of people visibly on duty. Store open until 10 pm, but they were closing up for the night at 830 pm with very few choices in the selection of doughnuts left.
These donuts are so delicious— a perfect combination of crispy glazes, fluffy and bouncy dough, and many classic and unique flavors. I legit ate three in one sitting
First of all, how can a doughnut shop be out of doughnuts so much?? It’s happened before where they said they are out of the doughnuts I ordered but I went twice yesterday first time they were out of glazed until 5:00 the second time they were out of chocolate cream filled. I had placed an order online for a dozen of glazed and a dozen of chocolate covered cream filled. They gave me a dozen of glazed and a variety dozen and acted like there wasn’t a thing wrong and like I was too stupid to realize I had a whole dozen of incorrect doughnuts. When I went back through to let them know that I ordered the choc cream filled they said “oh we are out of those” so they KNEW they handed me the wrong order that I had already paid for and they didn’t say a word about it. Dishonest people will give this place a bad name if it hasn’t already. There are other doughnut options. I don’t plan to go back unless I have a change of heart but they definitely lost my trust. Check your orders before you leave! ( they won’t fix it or make it right but at least you won’t drive home thinking you got what you wanted). It would have made such a difference for them to explain that they were out of what I ordered and allow me to customize a new dozen since I was paying full price for these doughnuts. My complaint won’t make a difference to them but hopefully it will help some people out if they decide to visit.
came by around 6:45 and drive thru busy so we decided to go in to be met by nasty dude telling us they will not be allowing anyone else in the lobby? very rude and looking in the windows it was a nasty place. staff are very rude and lazy for the most part. the last 2x we have stopped we had a bad experience. most of the time they do not have any of the special doughnuts either. management needs to look at this KK and clean it up in more ways than one!
We went Fri night about 9:00 pm there was a line up going around the building when we got closer we saw 1 person in the shed and 2 more playing around the back.When we got to the window there was one person taking orders, money and doing the donuts. We ordered 12 assorted and we ended up with 12 chocolate and they looked like they were made that morning. Such a disappointment never again.
I ordered doughnuts online and paid for them. I went to pick them up and they were out of the ones I ordered. No one emailed me or called me, instead I wasted my time and gas for nothing.
