Kay's Restaurant is located just on the side of the four lane between Bristol and Kingsport. A small yellow building set under some natural shade gives eating a burger outside a very peaceful feeling. Food prices here are VERY VERY accommodating and easy on the wallet. Extremely nice women packed the kitchen while ice cold drinks done the same in their coolers. I will highly recommend this place to anyone, especially those traveling through looking for cheap eats, great service and amazing food.

This little corner dinner is just off of 11w . Great food great people and prices are just rite . The food I'd made fresh and with love . We eat here every chance we get.
Excellent hamburger and fries! As soon as we entered the quaint little restaurant we were greeted by the staff and strangers alike.Food was prepared to order and served hot. Highly recommended!
Hands down best home style food I've had in a long time. When I say bring some cash it's not the reason you think. Expensive they are not. But they do not accept credit or debit, and the foods so good when it come out your going to want to try the whole menu. Friendly get to know you and remember you kind of staff. Will definitely return. Breakfast served all day!!

Kay's has GREAT food for GREAT prices! My family has eaten at Kay's for years. They have nice, friendly staff and they treat you like family!
Great food reasonable quaint place very friendly enjoyable place it was a great experience and plan to stop in there when in town. Will go to town just to go eat it was such a good exierience about an hour away from home Thankyou everyone at Kay's Restaurant.
