We ordered food to the ER in Kingsport, and provided a number for them to call so we could go outside and grab our order, they just left it with a desk person. Gave no context to who it could be for. Had we not gone up front to check, we wouldn’t have received our food. Shallow service.

Stopped going to this place in 2017 because they were so stingy with the ingredients but thought that maybe now, 5 years later, they may have changed owners or changed their ways. NOPE! We ordered two Unwiches and you had to SEARCH to find the meat in the mountain of lettuce. I asked for extra bacon which is an extra two dollars and change on the small sandwich and it was like a couple of miserable little strips of dried out, hard shoe leather. HORRIBLE! We finally learned our lesson with this location. Never again.
Such high expectations and it was a huge let down the subs taste bad very plain would not recommend and will definitely not come here again
