Yo, what happened to this jersey Mike's? You used to get so much meat and veg that you couldn't finish it in one sitting. I just got an giant club and I had to triple check I didn't accidently order from subway. All bread, barely any toppings, barely any meat, no bacon. Horrible! I used my reward points to get it for free which is good because if I was charged full price ($14+) I would've taken it back. Awful! You can get a better sandwich at subway for $6.
Best location in kingsport as in better quality and taste in my opinion but I'm a picky eater but. Just my preference and have not once yet not enjoyed my food! Unlike my one experience at one other location. Employees are always nice! Never have had any problems or complaints with this particular store!
Every time I order from online from here there is an issue. Every time I go into pick up my order WAY after the due time, it’s never in the to-go area. Every time I have to force my way to the front while other customers in line are giving me mean looks. Every time employees at the counter ignore me. I have to literally yell to get some one to help. Every time they have to go to the back to locate my to ticket, then fix my order from the beginning. If you call the store, you get a message saying to “use the app.” What a joke! Today is the last day I will order from there. What’s the point? I got my lunch 40 minutes after ordering it today & it still wasn’t ready when I got there. EVERY TIME!!
All this very prego lady wanted was a buffalo chicken sandwich. However, if I wanted to drink a bottle of Frank's Hot Sauce, I would have just done that. Specifically asked for easy or very light buffalo sauce and easy on the ranch. Every time I bit into my sandwich it erupted with buffalo sauce spilling all over the table like Mount Vesuvius. This is the second time I've ordered this particular sandwich from this location with the same set of instructions and have been disappointed in the quality of the sandwich each time. I either need to fill my cravings elsewhere or pick a different sandwich next time.
Terrible! Go somewhere else! I’ve ordered from here several times & today was the last time. I’ve been going to Jersey Mike’s for years & this is the worst experience at this location I’ve ever had. I almost always pay for extra meat & cheese & rarely actually get it. Today my sub was swimming in mayo & so salty I couldn’t eat it - did not ask for extra mayo or salt. Never again! Yuck!!
Good food, nice folks, clean store. Not much sandwich for $6.19
The food was fresh and good. Service was friendly and helpful. The only place I buy subs. Reasonably priced.

Staff is quick, efficient & friendly. Food made to order. Great subs & a bowl for me. Also the bowl was securely wrapped in plastic since my order was to go.
