Can’t give it 5 stars. It’s a great restaurant but all the other Jersey Mikes writes the name down on each sub when we order. This store does not. It’s best not to order online here. Also If you have a special request they have attitude. I asked for no white American cheese and to substitute for provolone. They couldn’t believe I asked for that.Overall it is a great store. Lots of room for improvement.
All three sandwiches in our order were prepared quickly, and exactly as ordered.
i have always received good service at Jersey Mikes. The staff is pleasant and try to help you if you have questions. i love their mini subs , they are not too big or too little just the right size for a good meal! Doing it “Mikes Way” is the best!

Great sandwiches. The bread is good and the meats and cheeses are sliced fresh for each order. The portions are generous. The fillings are high quality. The fixings are fresh with an excellent variety. Prices are in line with similar establishments. S good place to pick up a sub for any occassion
I’m not sure if the same guy is still the manager here at the East Stone Drive location but he called me for an interview in the spring of 2018 right after I graduated college. Keep in mind I am a 12 year licensed healthcare veteran with a bachelors degree so that should tell you what caliber of human being i am. I drove all the way from Church Hill to this interview and the manager asked me to tell him about myself. Once he saw that I had a small tattoo of a flower on my wrist (and that is my only visible tattoo) he told me that he didn’t allow people with tattoos to work there and that I could go ahead and leave. He got up from the table and left me sitting there. I think about this all the time, especially now when the food service industry is desperate for dependable help.

Bought two catering boxes for a large family get together. Subs and surface were excellent
Ordered 2 giant famous Philly's and let me just say that I had more bread than meat. $38.00 for 2 sandwiches was NOT worth it. I could have taken meat from both and may have had at least one good sandwich. I have eaten there in the past and it was good till I got a bad order and nothing was offered to fix it. So Thought I would try again but I think I was wrong.
