I'm very happy we found this place! Just sucks we live 30 minutes away to get to it. It's worth the trip to me we got steak and cheese that was loaded with meat and very good. We also got a large cheese pizza that was very good as well.
Mediocre pizza. Too many toppings for the "New York Style crust" to handle. Our Philly Cheese Steak pizza was soggy, and the bread sticks weren't cut very well. You could eat about the same quality for less money at Domino's.
Everything was good and the portions were enough to share. Was disappointed in not being able to dine in, didn't know til we got to the door (we're from Missouri.) But otherwise, very good.
Second time experience yesterday.Honestly I expected the food to be better this time.it was not horrible but it was ok. I know real authentic Italian food from living up north for 30 years. But it seems like every** Italian restaurant in East Tennessee now aday's is cheaping out on the quality of meats steak chicken etc. and it's not getting any better but more expensive which is expected these day's.. but don't change your quality or vendors to save a few bucks instead of loosing customers.in my opinion
Pizza was only so so. Ingredients were mid grade and dough was chewy on NY style. Would not recommend as there are better options for pizza in the area.
OMG! I do not rave about food but, if you're ordering pizza from anyplace other than italiano's in Kingsport area, you are missing out. COVID has hit all of us hard but these people not only managed the storm, but kept up the great service and products. Their cheesecake is to die for. I have dined all over the world, from Alaska to Costa Rica, Ireland to Italy, and many countries in between, and never been more satisfied.
We like the food BUT: about 3 weeks ago I called in for delivery two hours later I call to see where my food is the lady giggles and said it's leaving out now. Then yesterday I ordered delivery after a hour I called the lady said the other girl got it wrong and they didn't have the right number to call me and ask what it was I ordered .so I recorded but it was gonna be another hour so we went to pick it up and they brought the wrong order out so we had to tell her again finally we got our food but really don't know what they charged my card for it was close to 50.00 bucks . But they don't have there stuff together anymore. I think we will take a break from them . Hopefully they get there stuff together and we can start going back.
Good food, nice staff . Currently no indoor seating. 4-28-22 .I would have went 5 stars if dining room was open.
We are from Rome NY. a real strong Italian city. We ordered a calzone and a steak sub. It was absolutely fantastic. And we did call and tell them. Thank you again.
This place is okay. The food is good but the wait takes forever and they haven’t had dine in open in almost 2 years which is frustrating. I’ll be honest I’ve met the staff that work the front and they always seem to be a little rude and not friendly. A lot of the time they’re on their personal phones when you come in and they don’t offer door dashers drinks like most establishments do. They were even going to charge me for a cup of ice. The food is great but the service is lacking for sure.
