Worst possible night manager that I have ever encountered at any restaurant. Just left and didn't eat after her disrespectful sound that she made telling us we couldn't sit where we requested. If you don't mind spending your money to be treated like a 2 year old by someone like this woman then this is the place for you to eat. Just keep in mind if that is the type person running the place then what can you expect from the employees preparing your food. I only rated it one star because there wasn't a way to rate this place any lower. Evidently they don't care if anyone eats there or not.

Our waitress seemed to be a bit discriminatory. She took our order, brought our drinks and we waited for our food over an hour. We were at a point of leaving, due to her not asking if we wanted more refills. We asked about our order, the restaurant had emptied out some. She said we're still waiting, then we saw her bring the next table's order. They came in much later than we had.Manager was no help, she was literally speechless - there was no excuse! I would not recommend nor will I go back.

Done a online order hours in advance. I done curbside pickup due to feeling under the weather. I get to the restaurant and park and call like the email said to do and the response was “there is no food and I’m the only server soooo”… So I came into the restaurant because whatever, ended up waiting 15-20 mins longer just to get my food… this isn’t the first bad experience at this location. I’m done with this location completely..

They make the best Bluberry Pancakes. I went for the big breakfast. 2 blueberry pancakes,2 eggs 2 sausage links, hash browns. I love to take home my next days breakfast too. Their coffee is served in a pot at your table. It is sooo good.

January 13th, 2022Chef Cat here! We're here @ IHOP today eating breakfast @ 2:00 pm. It wasn't long upon entering IHOP that we were greated by friendly smiles. The host/hostess was a bit unusual. By unusual, I mean he/she didn't even crack a smile. Was he/she having a bad day?Was he/she anxious to go home?Did he/she recieve some very bad news @ home and couldn't concentrate? You never know about a person until you've at least walked a mile in a person's shoes. The reason I say he/she is because I wasn't quite sure if I was talking to a young man or a young woman. But either way, he/she sat us, my husband and me. usually, I would know the difference almost immediately. But I really couldn't tell which was which. When this person disappeared, we were greeted by a very friendly server named Joanna. She took our order of coffee and a gravy biscuit combo which consists of eggs cooked to order, hash-browns, crispy bacon and of course, gravy and biscuits. Rather, one biscuit. They split the biscuits open, place them on the grill, and then, when they're just the right crispness, plate them and on the plate before they add the gravy. Delicious, right? It was! But you still have to watch their gravy. If it's not piping hot, which it wasn't, we had to send it back to get a little hotter. Otherwise and overall, it's excellent. The bill reached $34.54. Plus a $5 tip. I paid a total of $39.54 for my meal. Was it worth it? I thought so, and so did my husband. Joanna was running all over the place making us as happy as possible while keeping a smile on her lovely face. This young woman is not only earning her tips, but she knew the true meaning of Southern hospitality. If you've never experienced it for yourself, you'll know when you encounter it. Because you'll feel really good inside about yourself and othets around you. If the service ever outweighs the temperature of the food, you'll know that too.As for me? I would definitely go back. Just as soon as I'm not confused under gender.

Terrible!!! Waiter went outside to smoke and didn't wait on us when we needed him to. It's awful. Our food had a weird taste!!! The IHOP in Johnson city Tennessee is better for sure.

The food was good the waitress he was very very nice and friendly

Had the Breakfast Sampler dish. It was pretty good. Service was good. Waitress was good which got her a good tip right before Christmas. A few dirty tables when we got there but im guessing they are short of help since nobody wants to work these days.

When we were there we waited for at least 20 minutes after ordering our food to be told they were sorry for our wait but they got slammed with Doordarshan orders...Seriously?! I'm sorry that I'm actually in person there. Seems there needs to be a better system in place for their in-person and online orders otherwise more people will be displeased and maybe walk out as we did. The server was really nice but if you're open and have people waiting out the door maybe take into consideration that those people are paying customers too and your wait staff typically depend on those tips to make their money. Maybe it was a waste of time for you to open back up and should have sold out to Chick-fil-A when you had the opportunity?

Cutest little breakfast place. The pancakes are the bomb
