Bought my girlfriends old favorite, "Chili Buns w/onions and mustard". Made right behind a counter and handed to us immediately. We drove 2mins home and all I can say is wow, what an absolute disappointment. The chili was odd tasting and cold. The buns were soggy and cold also! If you are charging $3/per chili bun then add some more (HOT) chili and more toppings also, because ours had barely anything on them. Just sad... We will not return even for free food. Made us both sick!
Drove across town to get a hot dog because the food quality is better at this hotdog hut rather than the one closer and for the second time this year they were CLOSED! The hours were posted 11 till 6 on Monday but was not operating. On the flipside got a great burger from The Shack.
Went here for the first time expecting to get a "fancy" or different hot dog. NOPE! Just a regular hot dog on a bun. They don't offer dogs like Chicago style or any variety of dogs. Cole slaw comes from Walmart. Not even made in house! Terrible food. The worker was friendly but do something more creative than cheap weiners on a cheap bun for $8.86
I work right up the road, and I’m sad to say, today was the first time I’ve gotten food from here! It was delicious! If you get a hankering for hot dogs, swing by and get some!! We will definitely order from here again.Thank you!!

I rate 5 stars and my husband rates 4 so I don't understand the negative reviews. Food was made fresh, it took about 15 minutes and the food tastes good. My husband is beyond picky and said the slaw maybe needed a bit more sugar and mayo but he makes his homemade so something he is used to. Slaw wasn't bitter by any means. Hot dogs were fresh and yummy. They didn't skimp on servings of toppings. They forgot my husband's relish but no biggie.Place is better then the Kingsport hot dog joint and my 5 year old asks to go back. He ate every bite. Customer service while they weren't super friendly, were about average in my opinion. I went back to buy chips but no one came to the register but they were busy and only had a few workers. All in all I would return again especially since my picky son liked it so much.
Giving 3 stars since my sister's polish dog was good. My regular chili cheese dog, not so much. Guess it depends on what you order. Plus it was freaking freezing inside.

I went here recently for lunch. Food was horrible. I could not eat it, and threw it away. Something is wrong here. Used to be decent food, but this was terrible. I will never go back to this location.
Just ordered through Door Dash and it was so good!! Twice baked potato and chicken salad was delicious and Shai said that's the best chili bun ever! Highly recommend!
