Every time I go in here there seems to be some issue that delays my order and takes wayyyyy longer than it should to be helped. I gave them another try and again I was met with the same BS service and product (burnt). They really are trying to be something but unfortunately for their customers, they miss the mark. Update your menus. I would walk a few blocks over and grab coffee from the other spot. Oh, your scone pancakes are embarrassing.
I enjoy my time here every time! ❤️ I live in Ohio, but I make sure to stop in at Hibbert-Davis Urban Brews every time I come to Kingsport. I highly recommend that you make a stop here.

By far Worst experience in a coffee shop I have ever had. First we waited 20 mins before we even got our drinks and there was only one person in front of us. Second off the barista was obviously new and had no clue what was supposed to be in each drink my coffee tasted like straight syrup, I watched her go look at the book that tells what’s supposed to be in each drink at least four times just to make one drink. when she gave me the coffee she said “hopefully it taste ok.” Not a very good way to run a business and I had also ordered a sausage egg and cheese waffle sandwich which took 30 mins to be made haha I guess you can see why it took 30 mins to be made in my pictures. This is maybe the only place in town where they make fresh-ground and hand-packed espresso for you without an automated machine. They also have a french press option on their menu, freshly made food options, unusual hot tea flavors, local ice cream, and other surprises. A nicer place for when you really want to savor your coffee.
Ordered white chocolate mocha with extra espresso and was disappointed. Coffee was too mellow in flavor. Syrup used was pretty universal and was expecting something more unique. Wait time was long and staff wasn't very friendly. Maybe just a bad day.
