Normally I go to a small breakfast place that's local, or cook at home... Last Saturday my family was in a pinch to get a heavy work day started. Decided to eat here, must have got a late start. It was 10:30 am. Never have I gotten so ill from a simple cheese and egg biscuit. The biscuit itself was so hard it cracked away like drywall. The hash browns were not drained coming from the fry oil and had completely soaked the bag. I didn't eat them. The employees on breakfast rush you along if you order more than two items via drive thru. After 20 minutes from trying to choke down my biscuit and having to drink an entire bottle of water, I hate to admit I got sick in the parking lot. It's like the eggs were bad or not stored properly. I hate having to drive back around or be "that person," so next time I will instead of eating a cheese rock. Awful experience. Hopefully this location strives to do better. No wonder Hardee's are not usually busy in this area. The only good one, honest, is the one in Colonial Heights. Rina makes the best biscuits there. Should have just made the trip to eat at that location. ?

The dinning area was closed b4 9pm. And my order was wrong.I asked 4 no pickles, the receipt shows no pickles. BUT When I called the next day the Mgr. Was very polite & offered 2 replace my entire meal. That was very good.
They messed up both my boss's and my order, we had to wait and the little girl up front didn't have a clue. And when I called they didn't answer the phone.
Breakfast was amazing there I got me my mom and my uncle an all was under 20 dollars no coupons nothing...staff was very friendly as well
Good quality food and very nice employees taking care of your order.
Usually always good food. I wish they would spread out the roast beef more instead of it's being on a sandwich bun like a scoop of ice cream
Had Bhaskar on veteran's day. Got the 10%discount. Breakfast good. Potatoes, not so much. Good service.

I'm a coupon fanatic, so I enjoy receiving the Hardee's flyer in the mail every month; especially for the Biscuit and Gravy, Chicken Tenders & Hot Ham and Cheese coupons...but I'd have to say that the BOGO code survey on the back of every receipt is my favorite "deal" offered by Hardee's, because I can use it on my favorite item, which usually doesn't have a coupon otherwise...the Country Ham Biscuit!! ?YUM! ? Is it breakfast time yet?! ?
