Awesome Service!! So nice! I have never had a wrong order and they have been ready super fast! Phoebe and Paige are great to have and are so pleasant to be served by! Their food is always made fresh for you and I love getting a burger with The perfect temperature! Although the line can be long some nights, that just goes to show how many people love this place! Their dining room is always clean and workers are continuously collecting trays and cleaning up tables!! I love this drive thru/dine in restaurant and they have great food!!
Freddy’s is absolutely incredible!!! Their custard is literally OUT OF THIS WORLD! From now on, Freddy’s will be my go to for dinner. Employees Phoebe and Paige were amazing and so sweet! Paige made the best fries and Phoebe made an incredible chocolate concrete with sprinkles. The burgers are so so so so good and probably the best I’ve ever had. The service was very professional and quick. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone who is looking for a new place to eat. The dining area was really cool and very clean! I love how friendly all the employees were and their customer service was unbelievable!! Please go check out this incredible restaurant.
I went there the other day, and the fine young woman who served me was so kind. I believe she said her name was Imani. Best customer service i’ve had in a long time. 10/10! Will definitely be coming back there. Thank you all for hiring someone so amazing.
Love their burgers and custard. Also fresh and so good! The Hawaiian sundae was my favorite. I found out today they are no longer serving it...sadly. I hope they will decide to bring it back.
The burgers here are very different than most places. I love the way they cook them up. A Bacon cheeseburger is always my favorite and the fry's are in a league of their own. We were very pleased and the place was clean and the service was fast.
Hadn't been here in a long while. Food was pretty good but the store was not ready for prime time. The soda machine was totally out of all DIET drinks. Did not see a way to get water instead. When you're diabetic, not so good. The place was LOUD, even with just a few tables in use. They need some acoustic tiles to absorb the bounce. The wife's order was not correct either, and my onion rings were approaching being burnt. So, let me just say ... probably will be a while before I try it again.
Service is non-existent. Showed up at 1:15 on a Saturday, very few people in the store. 3 people in line. The person working the register apparently hadn’t been trained in how to work the register, so after standing in line for over 10 minutes and not one person had moved in line, we left. Understand it’s hard to get good employees, but a manager should have seen this as a problem and intervened. For this type of food, won’t be back.
The food was Great, but i made the mistake of going inside to get my food due to my driver side window being broken. Had to wait much longer than the 15 vehicle that flowed thru the drive thru. Ordered 2 original combo's nothing special wait time was over 15 minutes. There were only 8 people in the dining area. The food was Great and the people were really nice...wait time is terrible for such a simple order.
I love their custard. The chocolate is out of this world. However my boyfriend had a burger and french fries and said it was the worst food he's ever eaten and got deathly sick from it. I will say that that hamburger look like a flat piece of grill scrapings all mashed together. ?
Ordered 2 hot dogs with cheese sauce only…buns were stale and hard as a rock. Dogs weren’t inside the buns, and cheese sauce were in separate containers, not on the dogs.The wait for this was over 15 minutes….terrible.
