I've never eaten at this place. We had a date night here, and as always I'm late. we show up right before the door shut 10 pm, and there's a full crew here at least four or five people and I ask if they would mind to serve us. They did with smiles on their faces! That deserves a 5 star review just for hospitality I will edit after the meal guys in Kingsport five guys
I loved everything about my visit. The food was great and the staff was amazing. I have never eaten at a cleaner restaurant. God bless the staff and the ownership.
Order was perfect. Place was spotless! Bag was filled with extra fries and I love their fries!
It's burgers and fries only. Not a bad place but nothing special about the food. Good service, nice people.
Food is very good shakes are very good it's pricey tho I definitely can't afford to eat there every day
I love eating at five guys, however i am giving 2 stars because I pulled into the restaurant at 9:20 to order food, and the doors were locked and employees were standing inside cleaning. The open sign was still on, the door says they don’t close until 10, online says they close at 10. When do restaurants close 40 minutes before they’re supposed to?
Placed an order online at the Five Guys Kingsport location and the food was great good taste and hot. The staff working on 10-28-21 was helpful and also very quick as well with my online order being made very quickly. Thanks for having five guys in Kingsport. Now if you could build one in Church Hill, Tn we won't have to drive 20 min home to eat.

Great food just very pricey
The burgers here are fantastic and fresh. The place was clean. The workers are fast & friendly. All in all I would suggest if you want a great burger & friendly service this is the place. That's why I give them 5 stars.
