0 out if 5 stars. I will not be back to this restaurant! I am very disappointed in the level of customer service at Fishermans Dock. I went to eat with my family today and was unable to eat. I have had Gastric Sleeve surgery and therefore can't eat but a few bites. I always order off the kids menu and never eat all of that. Well not at Fishermans Dock. They refuse to let anyone order off the kids menu. When I asked to speak to the manager on duty, She was very hateful and rude. I explained the situation and asked why they chose to discriminate against Gastric Patients. She said we go by the menu and walked away... Well, that's not true because the menu has things listed that they don't have, (for example, crab legs, deviled crab and oysters). My family will not be back to this DISCRIMINATING restaurant.
Understated from outside, this place is really awesome inside! It's neat and clean...even the menus look brand new. The staff were super friendly (Kim was our server and she was excellent). And the food is really excellent! Fresh and crispy. Great portion sizes. My son got a slcheesburger that was immense. I highly recommend this place!
Low quality food. Ordered 2 meals. Fries were very brown but still froze inside dish not done in the middle. When I called the girl who answer said just bring it back and we will fix it. She said that’s all she can offer I said no I’m not making another trip up she replied very hateful that’s all I’ll do. I said I just won’t come back. She said well I’ll my manager. The female manager came on the phone. I told her the problem she said well food is cooked to order. I told her someone was going to get sick because they served food not cooked properlyI told her I pains 30$ for 2 meals and wasn’t able to eat it( I made us sandwiches at home). She was very rude and said she couldn’t do anything about it. I will not return to this restaurant and recommend you avoid it also. Look at the photo you can tell it’s not done
First off we were not greeted as we entered, host/hostess was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge that we were there not even a silent whisper mouthing "be right with you" , "one moment" , "hello" or nothing! And finished her phone call then spoke to us and acknowledged us. Then the waitress (whom let me say wasn't rude but she def was not over the top or welcoming none of the staff was. But they did get the food out very quickly!! Which is was all good besides the tartar sauce, it could be better if ya ask me! And I didn't get too many options for my baked potato as far as condiments or sauces either. I just felt a little uneasy. Overall it was definitely not worth the price that's another thing, prices are too higher!!
Food was cold...ask for crisp fries...weren't even done. Waitress interest was else where. Don't go back there...it was a great place last summer.
Really good service and the food was awesome!! You get plenty to eat!!
May be hard to get a general idea of the size but it's pitiful, paid $6 for this, their food and portions are usually amazing but working in food service in the past this should've never even made it to the counter, was also the worse red velvet ever ate, completely dry, shouldn't lay blame to only 1 establishment, seems like this is the norm everywhere post pandemic, just do better, is that hard to ask, especially if the dessert was almost as much as the massive amount of seafood they gave, and no, hadn't been touched pre photo, that is how it came in the bag
Always fresh and hot. I would recommend this seafood to anyone. Prices are reasonable, servers are friendly and attentive
There was barely any seafood on so the plates I ordered.Mostly it was filled with tons of hush puppies, and popcorn shrimp, with a baked potato. The coleslaw was a small container that you would use for s side dressing.The little seafood we had was not fresh. It tasted like frozen packaged seafood which I could just to local grocery and cook it at home and it would be a a lot more cheaper. I won't be going back again.
First time at this restaurant. The food was great. We had excellent service and very quick. I would definitely recommend this place and if ever this way again, we will be sure to come by.
