if i could give a zero i would, so i give you a 1. old lady at the window charged me 1.65 extra for the sauce that should come w the meal. and then didn’t even give me the sauce? and i got no salad dressing for my salad. makes sense i guess?
Friendly staff and great food
My wife and I come here every week and have for years. She has a complicated order she doesn’t eat meat, and their manager Austin is always so kind and accommodating! Thank you all so much for your great customer service!
Absolutely the worse customer service. Leonard (Kingsport location) is the rudest employee I have ever delt with. Reading other reviews apparently hanging up on customers is trending at this location.

In my 20 years on this planet I never been here me and my mom came here and the food is amazing and the staff are Friendly
