This place has the worst staffing ever. It’s like pulling teeth to get a waitress to take your order and bring refills. As soon as they take your order, you never see them again. I understand if the place is slammed, but every time I have been here there have been maybe 2 other tables besides me there. Not to mention on average it takes around 30-45 min+ to even receive your meal. And don’t count on it even being remotely warm. I’ve been here a dozen times and never once received a meal that was not cold. The tables are always sticky and dishes sit on the other tables for hours without being removed. Tragic because the wings size and flavors are decent.
Not impressed at all. What we thought would be an hour lunch took over two hours; we waited more than an hour for food to hit the table and they WERE NOT busy although that was their excuse. After that, three of our five adult group became ill within an hour of eating there. Needless to say, we will not be back.
Went for dinner and our waitrees had the personality of a tree, food took over an hour to get cause their main consern was the people on the bar side. Food was not worth the price we paid. Made two trips in one here our first and last.

Couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate National Tequila Day! The food is always good but the drinks are even better! Clean atmosphere and friendly staff makes this a weekly fave!

Ordered togo food tonight. Picked up about 9:15 pm waited inside for about 5 minutes while the bar staff seen me and did nothing until I had to tell him I was there for an order. After that a very rude girl brought my food out and I asked if my extra sauces (that I paid for) were in the bag... she assured they weren't... After I said they weren't she raised her voice, went and got the missing sauce I paid for put it on the counter and walked away... didn't say thank you have a nice night or anything. Worst service I've experienced in Kingsport Tennessee. Even though the food was good the service ruined the restaurant.
Ordered mango habanero wings and hot for the heat level and (poutine) gravy fries. The chicken was cold and barely any flavor and no heat at all? The poutine was delicious, decent variety of beers.
My friends/clients treated me to lunch while looking at homes in Kingsport. Excellent service, clean restaurant, everyone's food was perfect, will definitely be back. I had Philly cheese steak and it was great.
There was a wait as they were short staffed but once seated the food was good and the service was great. Food came quickly and waitress was attentive
