They need to put something to provide shade for the poor people working in the window. Every time I pull up they are either sweating or sunburned. Everyone there is super nice I go here like every day.Edit: They put some shade up for them! I’m so glad! ?
My family stops here everyday! Whether it is my husband and daughter in the morning, or her and I after school. I sometimes stop and get a tea in the morning as well. They are always so kind and always remember that my kids wants lots of ketchup!
They could have let me drive away with inferior coffee but chose to ask me to wait. They wouldn't give me my coffee with grounds in it and made me a fresh cup. Excellent customer service.
I have been to this location several times and it is the best Tri-cities Dunkin' we have. I recently started using the app and doing a mobile order for in-store pickup. They always have it ready and it has been correct. My favorite thing is the cold brew with salted caramel cold foam. I usually go in the mornings. The staff is always friendly and the store is clean.
Best of the bunch. Cld live on jelly donuts.but i do call them hell because they love me as well. Especially my butt. The older i get the more they like me. But in all the wrong ways. But after much thought and skipping several meals. They wont b the death of me. The last cpl years has been hard on all of us. Sometimes all you have to look forward too is a little round jelly donut. So cut yourself a break. Enjoy a few little donuts. Id rather think i ate somethg i liked my last day on earth than starved myself trying to please other ppl.
The staff here is always nice, and usually very quick. However the past few times I’ve been there, I’ll order avocado toast, and they don’t toast the bread at all. I get how they might be in a hurry and not toasted enough or just completely forget to test it at all, but it’s happened multiple times now. This morning in particular, I ordered avocado toast with roasted tomatoes, and they gave me bacon, and still didn’t toast the bread. It also took them A while to acknowledge me at the window to pay. I still like this location, and I respect the fact that sometimes you get busy and make mistakes, but it’s just happening more and more.

Love having a Dunkin literally 5 minutes from my house ?? but Lord the poor employees always seem to be working themselves to death due to being short staffed and extremely busy at all times. I totally understand cause I have been a server now for nearly 20 years and working around the rude public which being short staffed is the normal routine in America unfortunately SMH ?. I always order the same item nearly everyday which is a large Caramel Frozen coffee with extra french vanilla and 1-2 shots of espresso ??!!!
inconsistent hours , they close store early without stopping app, so orders taken and order not made and then no easy refund available. Poor management and evidently poor working conditions since they cant keep staff
