The store employees told me they offer refills on tumblers they sell for $1.29. I bought a 28oz tumbler for $16 and brought it in the next day for my refill. They charged me the $1.29 and put a tiny amount in the cup. When I told them that they had said they would refill this tumbler....they sold me....the day before, the cashier ROLLED HER EYES and said "that's all we can do" and walked away. This place is beyond horrible. If you won't refill tumblers YOU SELL why offer this. They told me I didn't ask. I wish I could give zero stars for the horrible service and horrible coffee.
The inside of the restaurant is closed drive-thru only in my truck doesn't fit through the drive-thru one star rating is unfair but please accommodate
I don’t know what has happened to this Dunkin the past 6 months, but every single time I go, regardless of day or time it’s disgusting. Coffee is either burnt or tastes like water. I’ll pay extra for turbo shots and it still tastes watery or burnt. Sometimes both. Not to mention 4/5 times when I order stuffed bagel minis they’re literally cold and I have to throw them away after the first bite as if they didn’t even attempt to toast them. Even though this location is most convenient for me, I won’t be visiting again unless it’s for only donuts.. even then, the last time I ordered donuts I ordered 3 brownie batter and ended up with 3 vanilla filled. Not sure what happened there… Quality of products is a 0.
I went to the drive thru for coffee and a donut. I worked a 10 hour shift on a winter day, and this was the 1 thing I was looking forward to. I get to the drive thru and there's a surveillance camera in my face. NOT COOL. MAJOR RED FLAG. Get out of my face! Then I order a donut and a cup of coffee. I get asked to repeat my order, which I patiently do. I then say that's all. They ask me if I just said that's all. I say yes. They ask me if I just said yes. I say yes again. They then ask me to repeat myself, so i firmly say Yes, so they can hear me. She then chastises me because their equipment can't properly amplify what I'm saying. She gave me attitude. Now, i'm convinced they're going to MESS WITH MY FOOD, so I just leave unsatisfied. MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT. AVOID.
Only serving half cups of coffee. Actually told me so when I asked why my cup was half full.
This Dunkin use to be pretty good and it has completely derailed, orders are hardly ever right but today will be my last order, I ordered a latte and received a watered down coffee with flavoring, the one on Stone is a much better option, it's either lack of training or the employees just don't care
We placed an order online for drive thru pick up and the young blonde girl looked at us through the drive thru glass and waved. The order had already went through and they took the $8 out for the coffees, then never would come back to the window. I called 8 times as soon as we drove off and no answer. Poor girls lucky I was in a good mood.
I love Dunkin' but was extremely disappointed when I tried ordering a ham, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel and I was told that they don't have ham anymore and that it was discontinued. What the Hell kind of donut/bagel shop DOESN'T have ham?
Guy that took order was miserable and didn’t ask me if I wanted whip cream. I didn’t but it was put on anyway. Coffee was warm not hot and not full. Order #3289
First time ever at a Dunkin, wanted to try the hyped avocado toast, requested to add an egg on top and charge me extra. Egg had some type of chemical taste on it and looked depressing, and they forgot the bread lol! Didn’t realize til I was already long gone.
