I love this place! Thank you! I know that's biased but if you're experience is good and I know everything's not 100 but I love it when mine is always 100% like that. However, today was not the case. I respectfully paid for something extra that I did not get more knowledge about what to expect coming in next time which is perfectly fine. But I made up for it today got my drinks looking off fluffy with the round top that I paid for LOL

Just went in and the girls were sweet but my donut literally tasted days old. The bread was dry and disgusting. I ask for a barbarian crème donut and specified I wanted it with the power on it and ended up getting the Boston creme which is NOT what I asked for and instead of letting me know they were out of it they expected me to just drive off and be happy. The girl at the window was kind enough to give me another vanilla sprinkled but it ended up being dry too. I’m very very disappointed ☹️

Since the closing of the store changes at a drop of a hat... I went by there Sunday March 6th not realizing they closed at 2... I was reading the sign and a girl come out the door(brown hair, side braid, glasses) screamed at me "can't you see were closed"..... Took everything in me not to get out and put her in her place. Honey the hours change more then I can keep up with... Give me 3 seconds to read the sign!!! Ridiculous...

I ordered through Uber and had a drink included in my order. No straw?! How does one drink said drink without a straw. The food was ok..... just ok.

Espresso machine is always down. I understand food/product shortages, but multiple times we have come here (during their limited hours) it hasn't worked. Not to mention the occasional time where it does work the drinks are often filled only about 3/4 full. You're better off spending the extra $ and going to Starbucks than this Dunkin location. The most frustrating part is waiting in the long lines with no signs to inform you that the machine is down, you wait only to be disappointed at the window.

The manager is horrible here telling me that I can’t stand in the drive-through after them forgetting to give me straws for the three people I ordered for. She tells me to go to the front door where it says lobby is closed and knock on the front door and wait for a straw after waiting in the drive-through. Horrible service will not go here again and I do not recommend anybody else to either

They could use some customer service manners. Because they certainly have none. They need more patience with their customers BECAUSE UNDER OPERATING CIRCUMSTANCES, THEY DEFINITELY DON'T HAVE IT!! THE DRIVE THRU IS RUDE AND GETS ANGRY IF YOU DON'T GET EXACTLY RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND GOD FORBID YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND. WE WERE AFRAID SHE MIGHT POSSIBLY THROW OUT FOOD AT US LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. I'm sure she thought about it!!! And they definitely need more selections. But hey this is shame on us!!!! This is our FOURTH BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PARTICULAR ONE!!! BUT IT IT ABSOLUTELY, MOST DEFINITELY OUR LAST!!! WE WON'T BE BACK!! WE DON'T HAVE TO BE TESTED LIKE THAT, AND WE WON'T!! WE'LL TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE FOR A FACT!!!!! SOMEWHERE THAT APPRECIATES IT AND TREATS YOU LIKE SOMEBODY!!!!!

I used to work here and three years later it’s still the same. I asked for a medium iced coffee. She hands me a large with Carmel, I said it’s a medium no flavor. Still try’s to hand it to me like I’m lying. She remakes it, AS A LARGE AGAIN. I took it the second time. I’m not waiting on someone again who can’t listen the first time. I won’t put her name but Jesus. I have literally been here twice after I left work here because of this reason. The only Dunkin that’s great is Fort Henry and the one near the airport.

This is getting ridiculous. Waiting in line for a long period of time for them to then get my order wrong. When I call them and tell them they expect me to get back into the line I just got out of after waiting 20+ minutes it. I asked if one of them could just run me my order since I’m right outside the door and the girl was like no lobby is closed you need to get back into the line. I told her I couldn’t and she said best thing I can do is write your name down. Cool. But the one time I can actually come back they’re closed. They’re always closed.
