I always have issues with orders being wrong or delivery taking almost 2 hrs to receive. Today I chose to use the carry out option. I paid for 2 garlic butter dipping cups for my pizza and 2 bbq cups for my boneless chicken. Went to pick up the order and was told I was not going to get any dipping sauce cups because I did not pay for them!!! I most certainly DID pay for them!! I tried several attempts to call the store and they will not answer the phone! I am Done ordering from this location!!!!
So, the closest store to my house is actually the Center Street Domino's in downtown Kingsport but I go out of my way to order from this store due to the fact that first of all, they can count to 8 and secondly they will actually answer their phone if you need to speak to a human about your order. I have given the Center Street store chance after chance to redeem themselves to no avail. They will give you 6 of the tiniest crunchy cinnamon twists that almost break ur teeth if you still try to consume them since u paid full price still instead of 8 that are given the opportunity to rise properly before baking that come out fluffy and perfect like the Fort Henry store makes them. And every single time I ordered from the store downtown, they either left out an entire item or gave us 6 instead of 8 of something or once or twice they actually misplaced our whole order! Twice one time! We sat outside in the parking lot waiting for a meal for over an hour that time because they recooked it and lost it again then finally got it to us the third time! Seriously, how the heck do you misplace three pizzas, an order of wings, a specialty bread and cinnamon twists??!! TWICE NON THE LESS?! But again, that is why I now drive out of my way to order from the Fort Henry store because they have never made one mistake with our orders, the food quality is ALWAYS WORTH IT and if they were to ever make a mistake.. they WOULD ACTUALLY ANSWER THEIR PHONE! Good luck getting thru to the Center Street Dominos when they mess up or lose ur order altogether because they will let it ring and ring and ring until it hangs up on u and if by some magical chance they actually do pick up, they quickly say ty for calling dominos hold please... CLICK. I have been put on eternal hold and also picked up and hung up on when they get tired of the ringing phone as well so I no longer buy from that store. How are you supposed to tell anyone that your order is wrong if they won't answer their daggum phone?! I just cannot say enough about the Fort Henry store being well worth the added miles and time to drive there and back. Your food quality will speak for itself. And the staff is so friendly compared to the other store as well. Never have had even one problem there! Ty guys!
Average Domino's. Always fast, food ís good. The best thing is that they have a drive thru window.
So, I get it. EVERYONE. Is short handed and everyone makes mistakes. NO ONE has to be rude. And didn’t even offer to fix the problem. A couple less costumers to worry about.
I had a large order for a super bowl party. Order was correct, ready at my pickup time, and cooked perfectly. Will definitely order from this establishment again. Thank you for great service.
They screw up my order almost every time I have them delivered so I had to start goin to get it makes no sense pizza should be delivered its kinda the point quick easy
Horrible! and its worse every time we order. Today is the last day we'll ever do business there. Every time you complain they just make sure your order is worse the next time you go. . They left sauce and one of the toppings off the pizza. if I said it tasted like cardboard that would actually be a compliment considering that It was so nasty I thought I was eating something from a fear Factor challenge The pasta was only half a serving, burnt with hard noodles Spent close to 50 bucks because I didn't want to cook tonight now I have to figure out what to feed the kids for dinner. PLEASE don't waste your money here.
Ordered 3 Philly sandwiches and when it was ready I went through the drive-thru and four workers seen me setting there none of them came to ask my name for my order or anyting the only time somebody came is when I left I called got my order cancelled I guess I talked to the manager and he said that it be put back on my card cuz I did not get my food and he did Apologize.
Second time I have ordered and have not received food for hours beyond the quality check. Actually have still not received order at this time 8:45 and the quality check began at 7:21. Ordered at 6:55. No staff answers the phone at this location when calling to check on the status. Usually love Domino’s, but if you don’t have the staff for delivery, it’s time to shut down the online ordering or close the store.UPDATE: Did arrive with a call from Tim at 8:54. I do love Dominos and I understand staffing shortages but for the foreseeable future, I will be doing pickup only.
This used to be a good domino's. The only place that delivers to us out in warriors path. After several messed up,undercooked,and down right wrong orders I'm done with them. Terrible service,waiting over 2hrs after an order has been placed for it to arrive, just for it to be wrong or bad is terrible. The pizzas we got tonight on 11/23/21 were late and the dough wasn't cooked through and the whole order was cold. Last time ordering through them.
