Don't order from the one on center street!!! ordered for delivery and waited and waited. Food was in quality check for over an hour. Finally got through to the store and was told that only had one driver. And the weather was too bad for them to drive it was barely raining. If they would have called me when I first ordered for the delivery I would have came and got it but oh no we like to never got through to them and then they tell us this about 20 minutes before they close so no I was not coming out and what would have gotten cold pizza because he had been in quality check for over an hour this is uncalled for. I'm very highly unprofessional all I can say is WOW Domino's really???
My daughter and I order often from Domino's but we definitely will NOT be anymore. My daughter ordered pizza around 10:00 pm. She spent over $40.00 and the pizza has yet to be delivered and it's close to 12:30. I understand businesses are short staffed right now but this is ridiculous, we both tried calling several times and no one would answer the phone. Someone finally did but hung up. All I want to do is cancel my order.
I ordered on line and I waited 1 1/2 hours for a delivery of a pizza and was told that they were short staffed, because 1/2 the staff walked out the week before, and would have to wait another hour for the delivery. There was only one driver and he was the assistant manager. So my question is, if they couldn't handle the amount of orders for deliveries, why have them at all? Why not just make it dine-in or pick up? Just disgusted with the way it was handled.
They're always understaffed it seems as alot of places during the times we're in but one things for sure..the people that are there always get the job done right and on time..Thank U for always doing a great Job..we eat alot of Pizza so as I pre order on the App for tonight. I felt it well worth the time to give yall a 5-Star !!!!& say U are Awesome!
Domino's used to be pretty good on delivery but now it's a little slow I haven't been able to order because I never get my food hopefully this time I will besides that though awesome pizza
They gave me a good deal on a couple of pizzas. The store was clean, the staff was friendly , they cooked them quickly and even gave me some plates, napkins, and cups.. It was a really good experience, and the pizza was good also..
Straight garbage! There has been more than 1 instances where they would take a delivery order and not deliver because of no driver or the manager just left without notifying anyone! Waited an hour to call and then and only then did they tell me they couldn’t deliver it! There’s a $70 order just sitting there paid for , for a hour! Really!
What started out as hunger and a hankering for pizza turned into an eight week long battle with rabies and some sort of fungus. I can’t be completely bitter over this experience because it did show me a whole new path in life and how to forgive. A man named Josh at the Kingsport store near the Mead and the old skate park likes to think of them self is the Joseph Stalin of pizza I guess my wife sneezed a little too loudly in the background during Ma phone call with him I heard him say vaguely before disconnecting you will pay enjoy the fungus I thought maybe he was jousting with a coworker making shenanigans boy was I wrong 2 1/2 hours later my wife and I are woken up at a bed by man yelling breeding and kicking the door we open it in fear there stains Josh throws the pizza on the ground and demands $83.24 plus a tip I know there’s been people who have experience worse but please for the love of God I would rather go eat at Jack-in-the-Box when they’ve not had a fresh shipment in eight weeks in the middle of July then I would go back to this place stay safe my friend God be with you
This Domino’s store always makes our pizzas exactly the way we want them & they are so good !! Delivery is always quick ! Thank y’all so much for all your hard work in giving us a wonderful meal .
I work at Town Park Lofts and I just had the BEST pizza from this dominoes location. I don’t know the name of the employee who made our pizza but she is phenomenal. Not only did it taste delicious but it looked so good, everyone in the office who didn’t get in on the lunch even commented on it. So good!
