The food is good here but I've had a few issues with order accuracy the last few times I've been there. At times the portions are very small for reference I got the cheese curds as a side and there were 4 small pieces ? and I do mean small pieces totally not worth the money. Another time I ordered a bacon wrap and got a chicken wrap. Among other order inaccuracies.
I loved the walking tacos. Everything else was good. But not great. The service was very fast. We are not from this area. So this was our first time. We will definitely be back.
The best Watermelon milkshake ever. But it is seasonal. Try one for yourself, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed ?
I visited the E.Stone drive located in Kingsport TN on 2/7/22 around 8:40. I ordered 3 big burger trays. 1 with no mayo or lettuce & had the chicken ranch wrap and chicken quesadilla. the 2nd burger had may, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, pickle. with chicken ranch wrap & chicken quesadilla. the 3rd burger was the same as the 2nd. with onion rings, and chicken quesadilla. the second burger had aluminum foil on the bun and on the burger Patty. the tomatoes stated weird. Won't be going back at all. (the piece of aluminum is the one I almost ate when I took a bite of the burger.
Great customer service, food was excellent and the staff bailed everything, I had 3 different orders and was complicated and they nailed it, great location
It's good food but they sure don't give ya but a snacks worth of a portion plus idk if either there outside lane drive thru intercom is need up or what but it seems like every time I go through there and that line and get food it's always usually wrong or not what I got
Some of the people working there, male and female, appeared to be just as filthy as could be. When working with the public these children and young adults should practice good hygiene, especially when working with food!!!!!! Come on guys... where are their superiors(managers & shift leaders). I did see one working the drive thru window and his appearance was nothing to brag about. Makes you wonder who their parents are so I could tell them. Not one of my kids would ever embarrass themselves in public and they were taught better!!! It's Sad... don't they know their actions reflect their upbringing.... Take a bath and change the oil in your hair.....
I didn't like my experience there. I ordered a burger, fries and a drink. They double charged me because their computers were down. I had to show them "proof" from my phone that that's what happened. They couldn't put my money back on the card, and they refunded me by giving me cash instead. And by the time I got home, I looked at my burger, and wondered "Where's the beef?". Took a few bites of it and gave the rest of my burger to my dog! My burger was overcooked. By overcooked I mean cold and extremely well done. I don't really wanna go back there, but I will eventually just to see if they've improved or gotten worse. (I like giving people second chances.)
I ordered a bbq grilled chicken sandwich, fries, corn dog and a chocolate milkshake. The bun was 3 times larger than the tiny piece of grilled chicken plus they left off the cheese I paid extra for. The fries had no seasoning and were old. The corn dog was also old tough and cold. And I'd never been able to guess what flavor my milk shake was because it was so bland. Terrible meal. O threw most of it away.
When this place first opened it was awesome, you could get a burger or chicken sandwich and two sides plus a drink for $5. Now it’s almost double that for the same amount of food. The food is disgusting, it’s like an old soup kitchen plate. The new “walking taco” menu item has to be a joke, it’s literally an opened fun sized Doritos bag with a few crumbs of Doritos in the bottom with some Hormel chili, lettuce and sour cream on top. And they served it to me like that, a warm sack of slop in an opened Doritos bag. I was appalled. The employees are very rude too. Probably won’t be going back, the food was nasty and service was even worse.
