Order take out all of the time and normally about 4x a month! Always get chicken and broccoli lunch special and sweet and sour chicken! Love the lunch specials and the egg drop soup!If you get dinner portion be sure to ask for fried rice otherwise you will get white rice!Always hot and fresh tasting and definitely better vs any buffet!If you have a hard time ordering be sure to order online and it will simplify the process!
This restaurant used to be the best Chinese food in Kingsport. Always ordered online with no problems.For the last year it has been off and on but mostly off.Last night was the worst and our last attempt. Their online credit card option wasn't working so had to pay in cash. The food when it arrived bore no resemblance to the same items we had ordered before. And the taste, not good.And forget calling them. No one understands English.
Out of town worker here and I have got to say it was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I had the fried dumplings and general TSO chicken. The chicken tastes like bad fish, dumpling weren't too bad. overall recommend bataying away from this place if that is what you are going to order
Delivery was on time. Quality food cooked right. Amazing portions. Reasonable price. I am a loyal customer as long as this continues. Very happy.
We eat here regularly and love it! We typically do pickup/carryout. The food is always ready on time, very well packaged, and the portions are more than enough!
Food was not good, ordered mongolian beef, only 3 pieces of beef….all onions. Sweet and sour pork….no sauce. Found out later had to order sauce. One big rip off. Food used to be great there. Quality has gone way down. Will not be back!
If I could give no stars I would! General Tso tasted rancid, pregnant daughters shrimp and broccoli was slimy and tasted awful, egg rolls taste like pure salt. Took it all back and got a refund. Time to find a new Chinese place.
Great food, family owned ambiance....delicious China eats, no thrills, closest to S.F. Chinatown taste I've had in tri-city so far~

hate to give it 3 stars but have to. granted it is closed now, temporarily, and do hope it re opens, but 2 weeks before the closing it was very questionable. I've been ordering from china house for around 5 years. it was to me, fantastic. for what i enjoy it was well worth the price and then some. service whether dining in or ordering to the home was easy to do. I'm assuming maybe its new management this past year. but it is the same delivery guy. that man is such a pleasure to speak and deal with. placing an order now however is a challenge over the phone. unless ordering by number, if one has to customize their order more than just saying, "no carrot" nothing is understood and it becomes a losing battle. regardless, anything fried I've had except for the chicken wings were horrid. the sweet sour pork which is battered, as well as sesame chicken, both dishes are deep fried were hard as rocks and greasy. the rice was like mushy somewhat and pasty. any dishes that contained vegetables that i ordered had a very over abundance of onions, in some cases was the only veg in the dish besides a few carrot slices. sauces were runny as well. only mentioning this due to noticing the place is closed temp as i tried to call and order. though i said what i did, i try and keep faith that it will be different when ordering a new time. thats only because it was or is my fav place to order chinese food that delivers in town.
