Stopped for breakfast this morning. Ordered a sausage, egg & cheese muffin meal. The muffin was not hot barely warm. The has rounds were cool and only half full. My family has noticed the last several months that service and quality have slipped. We used to go there frequently and have slacked off. After this morning, it will be a long time before I plan to go back. The thing is that I didn’t have to wait 5 minutes from the time I ordered until I got my food.
I ordered a salad and received the smallest container of kale you could possibly have and still call it a salad. It's about 25% of the size of the salad I got a month ago...but it still cost over $3.So, I won't be ordering salad again from Chick-fil-A until they come back to their senses.This is exaggerated "shrinkflation."
I'm from out state so everytime I'm here I get Chick-fil-A! They usually give you good size chicken breast ! BUT NOT TODAY! IT WAS THE FLATIES PIECE I HAVE EVER SEEN. NEEDLES TO SAY I HAVE TO GO ME SOME SINNER SOMEWHERE .I JUST WASITED MONEY
I love Chik-fil-A but this one was not the best. Floors were slimy and slippery. Almost fell walking to the bathroom. I don't eat meat and I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and when I received my order, I had chicken pieces on it. I haven't had meat in years and even just the littlest bit makes me ill. The staff were friendly just had no pep in their step like I'm used to at all the other CFAs.
We timed our trip thru the drive thru perfectly. Anyone who tries to eat at chick fil a knows the drive thru can be a harrowing, time consuming exoerience. This location has a smaller parking/ drive thru area than some others we have seen. But, right before lunch the drive theu line was only 5-6 cars long. It took us about 10 minutes to get our delicious, as always, nuggets and sandwiches. I haven’t tried any of the new menu items. But the original sandwich and nuggets are always #1!
The wait times for carry out and drive thru are insane. Worst Chick Fil A throughout the tri cities of east TN. JC by Panera excels this CFA and surpasses 5 stars.
Not really a fan of the ordering system. They don't even give you a chance to see the menu. Unless you eat here all the time and always get the same thing, you need to look it up online before you go I guess??
The fella outside, in the rain, was the happiest person. He took our order, smiling the whole time, thanked us, and told us which car to get behind. Y'all are the greatest
I got a 12 piece meal with a lemonade. The best (in my opinion) as usual especially if you like sour lemonade. Dining in, spending quality time with my dad. It has a great atmosphere and great employees. They're fairly kind and friendly. They're very specific and direct with your order. I love Chick-fil-A ?
I love Chick-fil-A. Customer service is excellent. Drive through lines are long but move quickly.
