We always get takeout, so we decided to change it up and actually dine in this time. It was definitely worth it. Everything was hot and fresh, we had Victoria, excellent waitress. Checked on us, attentive, and very kind. We had a great time and awesome dinner.
Our waitress was apparently not into my table because I saw her being cheerful and pleasant with other tables but was rude and gave me and my partner attitude the whole time. My pasta had cold broccoli in it but that didn’t make any sense because the noodles and chicken were extremely hot. My partner’s food was great and he enjoyed it very much. I’m only giving this review because of the waitress we had who was so rude.
Sara was a GREAT server. She was training someone and doing a perfect job. The potato soup was very thick and so salty! My son said the Tilapia was super good. Recommended. Ask for Sara!
First time there. The food was excellent. We were recommended the Monte Cristo from friends who have been there before. We left full and extremely satisfied.The server Ryan B was spot on super. We went for my daughters birthday dinner. We will be going back in a couple weeks for my GF birthday dinner. Will be asking for Ryan again.
I really don't understand what has happened to this location. Pre-pandemic it was one of me and my wife's favorite spots for date night. They use to offer different food choices and excellent food preparation. We have tried this location for the 3rd time since they have reopened post pandemic and we have been disappointed each time with this last visit being by far the worst. As soon as we were seated the waiter mentioned how it was almost time for him to leave. This did not instill the utmost confidence that we were going to get the best service that we had expected. I ordered grilled white fish, steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes with a cup of potato soup as an appetizer. My wife had shrimp and chicken with a salad for her appetizer. All appetizers and main courses came out together. My potato soup was not great and I left 1/2 of it and who hasn't ever been able to finish a cup of soup appetizer? The main course was sadly disappointing. The steamed broccoli and grilled white fish had been so overcooked they both turned to mush in your mouth. I ended up having to send the meal away and had them remove it from our check. My wife had a slighly better meal experience but we had issues getting refills of water and we were not checked in on but once during our meal. I don't know if the issues are with management or training but the company really needs to address these issues at this location. It seems like the old seasoned managers are wait staff are no longer there and it is affecting this restaurants quality as a whole. Sadly, after this 3rd post pandemic visit we will not be back for a 4th. When one goes out for a meal at a restaurant, even if the service is lacking, correctly prepared and quality food is why you are there. Cheddars hasn't gotten this right on our last 3 visits.
The food was amazing. Drink was super strong. Highly recommend trying their Painkiller drink. Steak was seasoned well and the ribs just fell off the bone when I tried to pick it up off the plate.
It's been awhile since I've been there. We went there with a group. Our water was wonderful, should have gotten his name. Everything was delicious..
My steak wasn't cooked to med well. They made me a new one. It was delicious. Everything I have eaten there has always been good. One request tho is please bring back the key west chicken and shrimp. It is my favorite!
Food was fine. I got fish and shrimp with white sauce over noodles. They had been basted in a cajun/creole/ or some other spicy sauce. Did not say that on menu so was not very good to me. Other food that was good was fried chicken strips, French fries, broccoli, salmon, side salad. Baked potato was supposed to be loaded but only had butter and cheese, no bacon.
Picked up a sandwich here. It was to go order and I had to go to pick it up at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and provided amazing customer service. I really appreciated that she took such good care of me. What she didn't know was it was my birthday and it meant the world to me that she showed me such kindness. This was on 11/10 roughly around 12 pm. The girl was running the bar, serving customers and taking care of take out all on her own. Kudos to her she was amazing
