This location has went down tremendously.,., from waiting from walking in the door to be seated. To waiting to even get a drink. It takes 37 min to order just a sprite. Two tables come in after I was sat and their order is being taken. The waiters are rude,.,so much confusion on who's waiting what table. Waiters running from one end to the restaurant to the next. The waiters don't even know the tables their having to serve. You'll wait a hour just to get a drink. Ridiculous, I used to be a frequent eater at this location. not anymore.
Buffalo Wild Wings has become a favorite of ours as of late. I love the one flavors you can choose from. My wife loves to get the street tacos appetizer and my son gets the loaded nachos appetizer. We have had mixed experiences with wait staff but it’s normally okay, nothing to rave about but we are taken care of.
We had Madison for our server. She was very attentive pleasant and always had a smile. The food came out hot and perfectly timed between the appetizers and the main meal. We had Nacho's and Mozzarella sticks for appetizers. Then My daughter and I had the bacon cheese curd burgers (my favorite one the menu) my GF had the BBQ boneless wings. Sweat tea was on point. We all left full with no room for dessert. Thank you Madison for such a good outing. Will request for you next time we go.
Me and my husband just got done having our Valentine's Dinner here and not only was the food awesome. Our waitress Jenn was the best waitress we have had anywhere on a very long time. Thank you Jenn for making Valentine's Day even more special for us
Way too noisy for me. Too many tvs on at one time.Food was good and not too expensive. Waitress was friendly.
Would of given a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the fact that the fries were reheated and stale For the price you pay, you might as well go to Olive Garden and eat fresh food.
This location is vastly superior to the one in Johnson City. The wings are always fresh and have an adequate amount of sauce on them. All the servers we’ve had are excellent as well. Today we had Jen, who was very enthusiastic and professional. Highly satisfied with everything so far. They’re also not too busy after church, so a great spot for a quick lunch on Sundays.
There were about 10 of us who showed up to celebrate a college graduation. Our server was the best! She is originally from KY and is now here in TN. She was amazing. I will definitely go back, not just because of her, but the food was awesome too.

I ordered on line and they messed the order up and I was missing half of my wings. The boneless wings were so hard and dry we ended up throwing them out. The fries were also not fresh. The bone in wings were the wrong flavor. The burger was a sloppy mess since the patty was crumbling apart. I will not be returning. I was given a gift card to compensate for the twenty wings missing/mistake but I don't think I will use it at this location.
