Ordered from work which we offened DID, will not anymore. Called ahead to make sure we could get a 12:30 delivery, was told yes we could. Called back to order the girl that took order had to ask for help from other staff for everything from how to add totals to spelling. At end of order was told they do not deliver when I told her I had just been told by her they did got very rude and said fine we will have it there. Food was late and cold. Being at work we only have a limited time to eat. Will not being ordering there again.

We use to frequent Broad Street barbeque but we hadn't been here since the pandemic shutdown. I'm not sure what has happened over the last couple of years but it is certainly not what is once was. Pork looked like beef and was so salty not even the sauce could help. My French fries were orange with too much season salt. The beans were the only food not salty and they were good. Also, $39 for 2 people. I don't mind to pay for a good meal but I had to throw everything away except the beans. I really hope they go back to the old recipes as this was our go to place for barbeque in Kingsport.

I’ve waited 40 minutes at the pickup window. I can see people through the glass who appear to be standing and talking. The dining room is closed and it’s Thursday at noon. Not enough help?

My daughter and I tried this lil mom n pops restaurant, and it didn't disappoint.the cowboy beans were excellent!! Left me wishing I had more.the bbq was really good.they also have a dine in area,as we didn't think they did at first.food was great!!

Loved the fried okra! Potato salad was good and the French fries cooked perfectly. Crunchy outside, soft inside. Had the brisket sandwich which I wish the bbq was spicy. My own personal opinion as I don't like sweet or light tasting sauce. Will try the ribs next time for sure.

Been to Pratts(avg) & Braedon's (I think that's the name & they were better than Pratt') but this place has awesome brisket sandwiches!!!!

With only 2 employees and a limited menu the food was fast amazing! Meagan was so sweet and professional.

Absolutely worse service ever .Food was wrong worker kept arguing. order was written wrong . I said I'd bring it back I was told I couldn't that's not how works last of my dammoney

I have been going to Broad Street Barbecue since they were on Broad Street. Lunch today in the drive thru however, was not good. I ordered slaw on my barbecue sandwich, which I did not get, and my side of potato salad was so salty that I could not eat it. It wasn’t just a little salty but unbelievably salty. I could barely take two bites. Had to throw it away. I didn’t enjoy this lunch $11.48 cents worth. Could’ve got a much better sandwich elsewhere.

I went here and order two sandwiches a pulled pork and a brisket sandwich. Both were very dry and not much flavor would not go back.
