Bartender is a BIG reason to return. Her name is Taylor Anne. She has an exceptionally kind personality and doesn't differentiate your gender. She makes you feel like she's known you forever. She clearly wants her customers to be pleased. This is an off the wall place. It wouldn't be my first pick but customer service is EVERYTHING! They are lucky to have this young lady. I recommend it if you want excellent service. Food isn't bad. Wings compete with Wild Wings and the Funnel desert is sinful.
Great server - friendly and attentive. Food was wonderful; recommend the fish and chips, you won't leave hungry! Significant portions for all, including kids meals. You'll enjoy the Coke Freestyle machine, tons of drink options.***Be sure to ask for a military discount if it applies to you.***
Unfortunately can not give zero stars. My wife took me there for my birthday we walked in and sign said please seat yourself so we did. We never got any acknowledgement that we were there. 4 servers standing around at the bar never said a word not even someone will be with you in a moment. My wife and I both looked a few times over their way still nothing waited a few more minutes and then we decided to leave. We didn't even get acknowledged as to why we were leaving. It would have been understandable if the place was busy but with a couple of people at the bar and 4 people at 1 booth all other tables empty I would have thought we would have gotten great service. We ended up at Buffalo wild wings where I had my birthday dinner. Will never go to Beef O Brady's again.
Staff was super friendly and fast. Their menu looked delicious. We got the fajitas and a burrito bowl. Both items were delicious and fresh. We will definitely be going back.
Had the Friday Fish and Chips special. Everything was fine. Had not realized the Tea was included until the check. Pleasant surprise. Think everyone that working stopped by my table at least once to see how I was doing and if I needed anything else. More Tea in a to-go cup was nice.First visit to BOB and I will be back.
First time ever going there. They had Trivia tonight we had so much fun. Our server was really nice, friendly and kept checking on us. Will definitely go back again.
The food was good and the beer selection adequate.
First and last time eating here. We had never tried it before so we ordered food to take home. It was awful. I ordered 3 blackened fish taco's and a side of blackened shrimp. The shrimp was chewy an barely had any blacken seasoning on it an the taco's had no taste or seasoning an the shells had not been warmed or cooked. It was just nasty I was so disappointed I did not even finish my food I went an got food from another place.
My 1st time going there and i absolutely loved the food. Plenty tvs to watch some good aports while you eat with the family. I cant wait to go back amd try something else on the menu next time im in east tn
Great food and very nice atmosphere! Staff has always been very attentive to our needs and usually have good food specials.
