The food is fantastic. ALWAYS made to order, table guacamole is delicious. But it's not just the food. Juan Carlos will remember you, your children, and what you order! My daughter had a beloved lovey and she dropped it in his restaurant unbeknownst to us. When we came back the next time he had it washed and got it out from behind the counter. My daughter was BEYOND ECSTATIC and this wonderful gesture was not lost on us. Try it and you won't be disappointed!

This was my 1st time visiting this great little spot and everything was great. I only tried the nachos (the one with shrimp, steak and chicken) and their horchata and both were amazing. I'll be going back and recommend anyone checking it out.
This is by far, the best , most authentic, Mexican food in the Kingsport area.Hats off to them for doing a great job.

Just left from there to eat somewhere else. Chips were burnt and cheese dip was watery. I don’t know about the person reading this review right now but I don’t care for water cheese hahahaha. I read the reviews before going and was excited about some authentic food however was very quickly disappointed. Maybe this restaurant was a hit for some just not today a holiday(Mother’s Day). Happy mothers day to all the moms out there, and if you hate your mom take her to this restaurant to let her know.

Tasty. First time trying the food...the chip sauces were great the chips needed salt and weren't that great of flavor, But meal was great and the other person I was with ate his ribs real fast so I'd say 9
Got the Menu offline. Live down the street said they didn't have Trio Tacos, Girl answered the phone was very unhelpful and then didn't even act like she wanted to make it right..Just let me hang up.!!!
