Worst experience I've had at arbys, as you can see in the photo if the mozzarella sticks would've cooked any longer they would've caught fire. They rushed me in and out with not a care of how the food was cooked. Luckily it was just me and not my wife and 3 kids with me or would've been a waste of a lot more than $10. Sad just sad get it together arbys!
There food was fine but the restaurant was dirty. Floor need to be swept and mopped but the worst of all was the women's restroom. It was not only dirty but smelled bad. And the chicken salad has the ability to be rely good but it needs more of almost everything. Mostly grapes! The older woman taking orders and filling them was very friendly.
Usually, I like this arbys . I always get the Buffalo chicken sliders and they are so good. However , today I ordered the Buffalo chicken sliders and the order taker didn't hear us right. Instead we got chicken sliders with cheese and no Buffalo sauce. While they did check to see if we had everything , we couldn't hear him properly so we didn't catch the regular chicken sliders otherwise we would have corrected this immediately. The only thing that made this order alright was the Jamocha shake . If you come make sure to check your bags before leaving.
They were terribly understaffed so inside seating was not available but our food was ready and very fresh in a timely manner. Thank you Arby's you rock...
Check your bag at this Arby's or they will short you. They think serving food like this makes for a good customer experience. Why bother getting a large when they don't care enough to fill it up and you end up with less than the also not full but at least a little more acceptable medium fry? Really shows a lack of caring about their customers.
Just posted a pic of what was supposed to be a Beef n Cheddar. The bun is burnt and the is not even a teaspoon of cheddar sauce. This is the worst Arby's in the area.
Long wait, food was barely warm. Staff was friendly.First time visitors to this location. Wasn't busy but took 20 minutes to get food and was left on counter as they filled the order. You've lost out business. 35.00 order, wasn't worth it
Great food good prices nice employees clean restaurants. I enjoy eating there.
This is absolutely not okay! My husband got this tonight and he bites into it and it’s straight raw chicken
Well let's say our wings was chicken nuggets and shake machine down. Disappointed to find out at the check out window. Seems she should have known that when we ordered. Nice girls... just frustrated with the order being wrong and no shake.
