Ordered food and had it delivered by Uber Eats. For dessert we ordered the blonde brownie w/ ice cream. Food was warm but ok. The blonde brownie was a concern. it looked great but the brownie itself was very dry & stale, I was very disappointed. i did report it and was given credit.
Went for a Blondie but they brought it to me burnt. They did take it off my order. However the waitress we had was awesome.
Got the 2 for (not 20) on doordash. Steak with NO SIDES shows up. Not the first time it happened but the last time I'll order from there. Oh also nothing is ever done about it.
I will never eat at this one again the steak was nasty post to be a Bourbon Cajun steak I told the sever that it was plain steak no Cajun then she bring some season that was not Cajun. I am done
I was blessed to meet Miss Lauren B., a young energetic woman full of life. I had the bourbon steak medium rare with garlic potatoes and it was delicious.I love that southern smile and you can tell she loves her job and her customers.
Mucho margarita is very good. Food is great, love the steak and shrimp
Was seated for 25 mins not one waiter attempted to evan wait on me ,3 were just standing at kitchen door ,,O well got great service at Chiles!!
Fish and fries. It was tough and not cooked well enough. And I felled to tell waitress just wanted out of there.was headed to rush street. Decided to give Applebee's a try. Sorry guys disappointed.
Our server Timothy was amazing! He did not skip a beat! Fast, Courteous, and nice.
The usual expected fare from this chain BUT Jason the bartender made it better with his friendliness.
