Chicken was exactly what we expected so satisfied with that. The salad however was mostly rusted. I don't understand why you serve inedible lettuce. So not paying attention to what your giving out is frustrating when you get it home and find its inedible. But that was one experience. Im hoping surely just a bad day. Service was good other than that.
Had to go in, no room in the drive thru. Didn't have order correct. Manager had to come from the back to take care of me. I advised I didn't want the Zaxby's sauce and asked to get an extra ranch instead. Gave me 1 ranch sauce so I asked for additional ranch. The customer before me asked for extra ranch and got around 5 or 6, she came back to me with 1 extra ranch. Not happy with spending $12.50 on wings only and only offered one sauce. Bad!After I got home the order was still incorrect. At this point I decided to call the restaurant.They apologized and offered to replace the order.Went there today and finally got the boneless wings. They were excellent as usual. Got extra sauce this time.They took care of me but the experience was bad when it happened.

Dine in. Got my order mixed up and took a looong time to get my correct order. The others with me were finished with their meals before I got mine.
Sorry food. Never have I had such bad food. I love their wings an these were so small that they cooked till they were hard. No sauce on them. I don't know who they will blame for this.
I asked for hot sauce but only got it on my wings not the strips. Why I got Ranch saice is beyond me. Never asked for it. There are better wing places in JC. The first time I went about three years ago was much better.
The food was good and the place was clean. The staff was doing a great job at getting the food out on time even with the large order. If you ever need to get some chicken I would go to zaxs.❤?
A wonderful trip to Zaxby’s after an exhausting day of shopping. Another well kept, clean location with helpful staff and the ever phenomenal Coca Cola Freestyle. Convenient too ‘cause I’ve been on a chicken kick! ?
It's incredibly disappointing to have to pull into a parking spot and wait for my food, only to be brought undercooked french fries. If you're going to pull me up to wait at least cook what I'm waiting for the whole way.
Very nice place to eat at ,love their chicken sandwich . Their zaxby sensation salad is worth a trip all by itself.
