Wonderful quality sushi. The Cowboy Roll was especially excellent. Everyone was very polite, but the service at lunchtime was a bit slow. I think they only had 1 server for the whole place, however, it was not busy.
Don't know how long this place has been here, but well worth the drive!! The Spicy Miso Ramen was the bomb!!! Hubby had General's Spicy chicken. We will definitely be back!!
This place was packed when my group came in. The service was one of the best parts, we had a fantastic waiter to help us stay excited to be there and not even think about how long the food would take. I believe he said his name was Isaiah, and he is a blessing to the kitchen! Busy bee, but continued a smiling service. The food was yummy but lacked more enjoyment than service.
Pedro was our cook tonight for our first time and I’m so glad! He was excellent with tricks to watch throughout the entire dinner while he was cooking for us. He even let the kids dad do a trick with him which had everyone on edge but in laughter ! It has been such a long time that we’ve had dinner here and an enjoyable show with the cook. We really appreciate him and his enthusiasm tonight. & will do our best to land a seat at his table again.Thank you Pedro.
It was ok. The hibachi chef didn’t clean the grill before he cooked the veggies, so there was all that burnt grill sticky stuff on the vegetables and they had a “burnt” taste to them. Experiences at other hibachi restaurants, I’ve seen them scrape the stuff off once it gets built up. Sushi was great. Had the super crunch roll.
Love the sushi and have eaten here too many times to count. But the customer service when items have been wrong is poor. The most recent mishap.. we placed a to go order, they got the order wrong. When going back in so they could fix it, not only did they take their time sending the order back but they ended up taking the incorrect item back. Which worries me only because, do they resell that to someone else after we had it in our car? We waited 25 min for the order to be corrected and they could not let us keep the $5 appetizer for our time? And the fact the rest of our food was sitting due to no fault of our own? As someone who job depends on excellent customer service, this just rubbed me the wrong way. I feel like they should have said, so sorry you’re having to wait longer. Keep the $5 appetizer since we’ll have to throw it away anyway. (Or they should be). And have a good night. Or maybe I just expect too much out of business these days.
This place is amazing! We had the spicy miso ramen, beauty and the beast roll, kamikaze roll, and the spicy tuna roll. So so so good! Will definitely be back again and again!
Ok sushi lovers....iv eaten moat places in the tri-cities. This places is hands down the best.HIGHLY RECOMMEND this placeIt's clean and the sushi is awesome! ( lion king and now surf-n-turf my favorite. The staff if very nice and is there if you need them. They also have great prices.
The tan tan ramen dinner and katsu curry both were delicious. We had the mushroom soup and oolong and green tea.
Honestly the best sushi I've had in a long time. The service was awesome, Isiah was very nice and personable and he was there when we needed him. My friends had the Ramin and they loved it.I made a reservation (which I would highly recommend) through the Google profile. It was very convenient and easy.
