White Duck is not your typical ground-beef or chicken taco stand. It's a series of eclectic choices all of which (my wife and I shared five of them) are well made. Even the salsas offered with the chips are different. Well worth a visit.
We had dinner at White Duck Tacos while visiting Johnson City with our dog. The tacos were excellent! My wife had steak and I had Thai peanut chicken and both were really good. There is nice outdoor seating so we cold dine with our dog and Yee Haw Brewing is next door, so we could drinks from the brewery. Great tacos and great place to get dinner and drinks in downtown Johnson City.

Wonderful selection, very creative and tasty. There seemed to be something for everyone. We also loved the craft beers next door.
Visited here for lunch on a Saturday, and very busy. Great food, we had the Bangkok shrimp and shrimp PO boy tacos.
Fun atmosphere and really good food. The tacos were made with very fresh ingredients, the staff was super nice and helpful for a first timer and service was fast. The only disappointment was the pretzel. Not in size- that think was huge!! But maybe a little stale or over cooked? I’m not sure but not the best pretzel I’ve had. However, I am a little picky when it comes to pretzels!Definitely returning!
White Duck is one of the best taco places around. Their combinations sound strange but work surprisingly well together. My favorites so far have been the Pork Belly (pickled melon rind, green onion sauce) and Lamb Gyro (lamb, cucumber, diced tomato, feta, and lettuce). Shrimp & Grits is another great one to try. If you’re a beer drinker, Yeehaw is attached. There’s indoor and plenty of outdoor seating complete with a fire pit.
Great gourmet tacos! Yee Haw Brewing is also adjacent with great craft beer choices! The atmosphere was great and there is outdoor seating as well as indoor.
Good experience over all. Nice open space. The sour beers were good. The lamb gryo taco and steak and cheese taco were the best I have tasted!
Service was excellent friendly and fast, bulgogi and shrimp taco was ok, I wasn't sure if tacos supposedly serve cold or hot.
