Came in last night. The chili was watered down. The fries was cold. Went up and ordered more fries and told them I would wait for fresh. They must have changed there fries, they are not the same . The burger was cold and has probably been wrapped up for a while. The cheese was stuck to the paper. You can tell it wasn’t fresh either because the lettuce and tomatoes had just about Disintegrated, so had to ask for more.
We wanted to try the breakfast sandwiches.Not impressed! My croissant was more like a hamburger bun. I'm not sure what the sauce was, but didn't think it should have been on the sandwich!Won't be going back for breakfast!
Might have just been I went at closing time, but I got baconator fries which were amazing like always, but the chili was extra watery. I will try going again at an early time next time.
A nice relaxing visit to the Wendy’s by campus. I haven’t gone to this one in awhile. I always get a spicy chicken but I was feeling a Dave’s single. The staff was very friendly and there was sweet old lady and a cute girl with a northeast accent up front. The lobby was well kept an my food was perfect. Thanks ETSU Wendy’s team! ??
Of the 2 wendys in JC, this is by far the better of the 2. Service is good, 98% of the time they get my order right (or they quickly fix it), and the rolls/buns/biscuits are not moldy. That last one is a major win.
Best breakfast by any chain, finally a BnG that tastes naturally cooked, but I'd advise to stay away from the maple bacon chicken croissant, it smells funky and tastes alright but very bland looking, def not what the menu photo shows, everything else is fantastic, duh baconanator mmmm, mmmmmm
A little substandard when it comes to Wendy's. Not quite your average Wendy's. Food we're only warm and a hamburger look like it was just on sideways. Maybe we should just a bad day or something. And I know we're all short staffed because of the COVID thing. That's why I gave it two stars instead of one
Staff is always kind. But the food is not the best. Fries are cold Baked potato cold. There's no reason to serve cold food when like no body was there the day I took my daughter there for a snack after her Dr. Appointment.
This is literally the worst Wendy's location I have ever had to deal with. When placing an order via mobile app they regularly claim they don’t have it and it’s at the other Wendy's when the app shows their address. Now I’ve been charged over 20 dollars for a delivery order that I never received because, I assume, the DoorDash driver got sick of dealing with their incompetence after being sent all over town. They refuse to make it right and they were rude about it. I will not order from them anymore. This location needs new management.
Gave me 3 baconators with no bacon. Realized this when I got home. Called and asked for a credit. I had the sandwiches still and my credit card to prove I bought them. Was never given a reciept. The manager Gina or Geanie or whatever was soooo rude and refused to give me a refund or credit. Unbelievable. I will be calling the corporate office...
