The food and service was terrible. We sat at the table for 10 minutes until a young girl decided to wait on us because she was busy talking about her personal life with the cook. When she finally got to us she didn’t even bring us menu’s, it was our first time there we had no clue what they had to eat, she acted like it was out of the ordinary to had out menu’s. I would not recommend this Waffle House to other’s. The food definitely could have been better. We went at 9pm at night. Try a different one.
Terrible experience at this location. They were extremely busy and they allowed customers to sit in the chairs, for waiting, out in the middle of the floor to eat. When we were ready to pay our bill our waitress wasn't logged in to the register so since we were paying with cash she advised us we had to wait on the other waitress to take our money. After waiting a long period of time and her repeatedly telling the other waitress we were waiting she finally took our money and cashed us out or we would have been there Lord knows how long. Many patrons were heavily intoxicated and it was way too crowed they should not have allowed people to sit in those chairs in middle of the floor. I was actually hit by someone in my shoulder due to the overcrowding. I know it was a Saturday night and it was 2:30 am but something needs to be done about that location because it was an extremely bad experience and I love Waffle house but will not be going back to that location ever.
Amazing prices for the food and we enjoyed watching them make it right in front of us. The food tasted good and we felt we definitely got our money's worth.
Usually it's good , but this time not so much, hash browns were over cooked and the eggs, didn't ask what kind of toast we wanted and the waffle was alot thinner than ever. Charged me over 3 dollars for 1 scrambled egg for my grandbaby. And most of the food was cold
I don't remember my servers name but she had dark hair and glasses on the 21st around 230. Anyways she was very friendly, funny, and relatable and I really had a good time while I ate. I was grabbing a bite while I was waiting on my husband to get thru his kemo for 6 hours that day. So it was a pleasant visit and I was able to relax and unwind! Thank you!
Good food. Service was nice. Fresh food and order was 98% right. Forgot 1 of my toppings but got it for me in no time.
Can't say I've ever had a bad experience at this location but at the same time they aren't the best. Their tables are usually a little dirty and it can be a little crowded at times, although the food is usually on point and is made in good time. The redeeming quality that brought this from a 3 to a 4 star is in regards to late night dining: as of yet I have not yet been harassed or otherwise annoyed by late night drinkers/drug users as seems customary at other locations.
We went to this waffle house in Christmas day. The service was amazing and super quick for the time of year and time of evening. We chose this one as the one closer to our house was running very inefficiently and had an hour and a half wait time to even get an order taken due to management issues
Waffle House is pretty consistent and what you get. The biggest difference I see from day to day is the white stuff. Today I had a particularly cute waitress, lol
Look I love me some waffle House but my experience here this time was garbage! Waited 15 mins before we even got drinks and we was the only people in here at the time! Our waitress Ashley was so messed up she didn't know right from left! After we finally got our drinks and our order I found a hair in my food which they fixed and took it off my bill but still these people have got to get it together! Ill be back just because I've ate here my whole life and I know everywhere is short staffed so you take what you can get but this was ridiculous! Get it together Waffle House!
