Gracey out waitress was the best!!!She had great drink (sangria cider) and appetizer recommendationsMade the experience with a birthday fun brought out birthday ice cream and fudge topping. The pizza is the best love their crust all was fresh hot and timelyPrices were really reasonableI will definitely be back!

Downtown Johnson City has this little gem! Great wood fired pizzas, Good service (Thanks Mickey), and great farm to table salads. On a corner, you could sit and watch people walking outside. Has a bar (we got no drinks) but looked friendly like a great place locals might like. Just great pizza, great service. I could eat here again if in the area. Salads could be a definite for a vegan.

Went with my daughter (11) and myself as a father daughter day. Had a terrible experience previously. Built our pizza this time. The pizza was fresh and crust was crispy and toppings were so fresh! (Mushrooms, beef, balck olives, and extra mozzarella). Will definitely return shortly!

My husband and I like to try local restaurants when we are on vacation. Our hotel recommended Main Street Pizza Company. The atmosphere was great and our Server was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Our only complaint is we ordered a medium pizza with a $2 charge per item for toppings. When the pizza came to the table there literally was one slice of pepperoni and one thin slice of Italian sausage on each slice. We expect more toppings on our pizza if we are being charged $2 per topping. The Server didn’t have much to say when we told her absolutely nicely that we were disappointed in the amount of toppings.

We were visiting friends and had dinner here on a Friday night. It wasn’t too busy. The drink specials were good. We thoroughly enjoyed the pizza. The crust was very soft and thick. You could definitely taste the fresh ingredients. The highlight of the meal was the spaghetti squash carbonara. I’m trying to eat low carb and make healthier choices. I did NOT feel like I was missing out. The Alfredo sauce was rich and delicious. I would highly recommend. The service was a little slow. We waited nearly 40 minutes for our food, but the end result was worth it. This will make our list of places to eat next time we are in town.

The food was decent! Ordered the Caesar salad which I would not recommend- the flavour was not great. The pizza was much better. We got the pine street pesto and garden. The place is very nice inside and the atmosphere was great.

Location is good. Came down to Johnson City to walk around. Been waiting for over an hour for our food. Not many people around. Understaffed.

In town for the weekend & heard many good things! Decided to order a pizza to go- it was WONDERFUL! We got the Garden pizza. The feta with arugula & tomatoes was delicious! The large was the perfect size with 8 large slices! Had some trouble ordering online, but when I called to place the order they were so friendly & helpful! Definitely recommend!

I worked at this place for a few months. The food is good sometimes, but let me tell you.. this place is a joke. The owners are never around and pawn all their work off on the people that don’t make nearly as much as they do. They do not care whatsoever about standard of food and drink (including craft beverages and beer). We were forced to sell flat, foamy, or gross tasting beer after getting an entire new keg line system. Threatened with termination, we were forced to sell the beer regardless of its quality. They do not even supply enough hot water for their underpaid employees to wash the dishes and other essentials with. During my employment I saw at least 10 people come and go with no concern from management. Speaking of management, they are also the most unprofessional, uncaring, and inappropriate group I have ever encountered in my 7 years in the industry. This place is disgusting and overpriced. They don’t care about anyone but themselves. No standards at all. :) Including the people they let work there and the way they treat their employees (overwhelming servers and kitchen by filling the restaurant as fast as humanly possible) and guests (making said guests wait an hour for a pizza) on busy nights. glad I quit. Stay away from The Main St. Pizza Company.

Terrible service, extremely inefficient waiter, kitchen, service. We arrived at 5:45 Friday night, waited until 6:40 to sit, even though we were the first on then list and told it was a 20 minute wait. The host was friendly. When we were finally seated, our waiter failed to greet us, and then didn’t get us water for another ten. We ordered food as soon as the waiter met us at 6:50. The table beside us waited fifteen minutes as well to get their drink orders. We did not get our food until 7:40, we ended up having to take it to go because we had wasted so much time here. Food tasted great, it’s a shame there is just so terrible service that deters us from returning again.
