This was a real disappointment! Service was slow and food was horrible,only thing good was drink and salad. Steaks were horrible if prices are this high step up and cook them decent and baked potatoes were very dry. Will not be back.
I’m dissatisfied with my salad I had delivered via doordash. First I was missing the bacon I added and the chicken had this burnt smell that wasn’t appeasing. Another thing I noticed was they had the chicken separate from the salad but the location in cookeville Tennessee did not have it separate and that salad was good which is why I wanted to try it here.the cucumbers was placed on each corner of the salad. Idk why that made me feel werid like someone was playing dress up in my salad but I wanted them cut and tossed like a normal salad but nope I think they focused more on making sure the ingredients were in there instead of making a “pretty” salad. But idk it didn’t taste good and the bread wasn’t the same either even though I ordered half a dozen. I wasted 25 dollars.
Have not been here in years. Impressed with meal. The chicken was so tender it was like a baked potato in firmness. It was delicious. No Gristle. The vegetables, especially the rice, superb. Waitress was a hard to find at times, but then again she's willing to show up to work, and the place was busy, so I left her a very nice tip. She was working very hard.
Very nice waitress!!! Clean!!!! I gave a 5 star, our broccoli wasn't exactly right BUT we pointed it out to her with a smile she took it back, with a smile brought us fresh to our liking!!! 5 adults 2 small children about 100. We thought that was good for the amount of food that was presented to us. Thank you! Y'all can expect us back!
it was very cold inside...actually warmer outside! Everything was ok but we made it quick to get away from the wind blowing! next time I will ask to be reseated!
Tonight was such a great a great night! We had this waitress and her name was Ella. She was outstanding. You could tell that it was very short staffed, however, she handled it like a pro. ❤️ She blessed my heart because she wasn’t letting the rude people next to us steal her joy! Ella, if you see this- you’re AMAZING and don’t ever forget it. Texas Roadhouse, this girl deserves a RAISE! ?
An hour wait with 10 tables open and 4 people waiting in line. The girl that told me whatever. 80.00 is what our bill comes to each time we eat there. Sorry I'll go elsewhere and spend money.
This is the first Roadhouse location that has disappointed me.. very poor service, took forever to get our drinks. When the food finally came out, it was horrible, green beans and potato was cold.. and the steak was no where close to how I asked for it. Everyone’s steak was wrong. I asked for medium rare, and got over cooked/burnt. Texas Roadhouse is my all time favorite restaurant, and it kills me to give two stars.. but it was a horrible dinner.
We signed in on the app (party of 4) and didn't have to wait very long upon arrival. We were waited on quickly and our food came out quickly also. We all had steaks cooked different ways and it was all correct. We had good service from our waiter. We will go back.
I wish I could give a better review, but we could never get in. They were 1:20 wait one night, so we came back early the next night and they were 1:30 wait! Both nights we ate somewhere else and were finished before our wait time was over. I understand many places are short-staffed, but this seems to be poor management. They should be able to provide much faster service even in tough conditions!
