Normally I'm not one to complain but this time was different.My daughter and I went in there today around 1:30.When we got there they told us that the machines was down and all they had to drink was water, orange juice, and sweet tea, which was fine with me...I got my daughter and I sweet tea and they ran out of sweet tea filling up our cups! I was a little annoyed but I understood.My daughter got two sides of beef and I noticed there wasn't any silverware but knives available. I went to the counter and asked for a spoon her rely was " I'm sorry we don't have any" . I then asked for a fork and She told me the same thing. I asked her how was my daughter supposed to eat her food? She told me I could feed her with a knife...It was just an awful experienceAnd I hate it because we love Taco Bell!
Disappointed in this location. Inside was closed with no notice. Line was wrapped around the building. I ordered from the app to pick up inside and couldn't get it. Had to wait 30 minutes to get through the line. When I came up to the order screen, I had to wait another 5 minutes to get my food. When I got it, my tacos were soggy. The quesadillas were fresh. That was the only good part about this experience. I typically know what to expect with Taco Bell, but this was disappointing.
They layer their burritos the wrong way. You get a mouthful of beef, then BEANS, oh my god the BEANS, then cheese, then sour cream. Other than that though everything else is always really good and correct. But it’s kinda a big deal when they do this to the burritos.
Waited in line for 15 minutes at 1 AM on a Wednesday night. Ordered and was charged for 4 food items. Got 3 food items. Counting is easy... 2nd visit was great. Everything was as ordered.
So the girlfriend and I were running a few errends in J.C. when I realized that my girlfriend was talking louder and louder and louder and suddenly I was in an emergency situation....She was getting HANGRY!!!!Thank heavens for Taco Bell!Now it was about 5:30 and they were very busy, seemed like they needed 5 employees instead of just the 4, but they did very well keeping up with all the customers. Next time maybe I should use their app to order in advance, lesson learned. ☆☆☆☆
Might not be to bad if they actually put meat on the shells. Other taco laces put meat at least half way up the shell. Here you gotta pay extra for not much more.
Every time i go there there is a manager who is so rude and she just basically throws the food at you and shuts the window. Even if you tell her to have a good day theres no response.
Call to make sure hours are correct. Sign on door says open at 9am. Waited 10 min and went to drive thru. Staff said they weren't open. Very confusing!!
I usually get the steak power bowl and it's very good But tonight some of the ingredients seem to be missing. There were hardly any black beans or tomatoes etc. sense it's usually not like this i assume someone different is working idk ? But hope the right person comes back soon . must say this has been my fav taco bell in jc especially because they made the best steak power bowl with a lot of ingredients just how I liked it . I've told others there's was the best so hopefully it will be back to normal next time I visit ? ?
Always leaving items out of the order at the West Market St Taco Bell. I usually let it go. Last time, I called to let them know - no answer. Came back in person the next day, explained, manager was extremely rude… always check your order/bag before you leave. Would have given one star for poor service and horrible management, but I will give some of the workers credit. Very nice guys working the windows. Miciah should be the one running this store.
