Our server went above and beyond expectations preparing our subs! Great personality and customer service! Subs tasted delicious!
Very disappointed. I went to get a fresh salad . The spinach was turning brown and very wilted . I ask the dark headed girl if she could get some fresh out to make me a salad and she refused . Subway is all about fresh but not this time . I had to leave and go across town to another subway. I'm very disappointed I live very close to this store but If you dont go when the manager is there they definitely wont help the customer. The manager is helpful and nice . She makes my salad perfect. But I have to catch her there . Frustrated I wanted a salad !
Very rude service from this guy last nite no matter the day you have you always put it behind you and put a smile on if you can't this is not the job you need to be in as you don't care of the day I had I don't care about yours this is in all business you will be faced with working face to face with people never got to rate the food because I lefted if the service was bad say the food would been as bad as well
App order was made incorrectly. (This is the second time this has happened at this location in the past week). Husband carried the subs back and did not even get to speak. Woman who claimed to be the manager screamed at him and said to “get out or she was calling the cops”. He asked for her name as he left and She refused. Just lost a regular customer.

The lady that served me and my boyfriend was extremely rude, we were the only ones in there for about 3-4 minutes but she told us it was going to be a second. When she finally got over to make our subs, she started serving the guy behind us in the middle of making ours. She didn’t give me the right bread I asked for, and she put way too much of the sauces on mine, and she didn’t put enough cheese on my boyfriends. Do not recommend, we could’ve gotten a better lunch sandwich at the gas station next to it.
She forgot to put the cheese on the pizza's and forgot to put beef on the subway club sandwich. Never seen such a mess, i dont usually go to this subway and never will again. Sad so sad?.
The 2 guys working around 6 o'clock at night should be retrained or let go because you are supposed to wash your hands and then put gloves on. Didn't happen. Your not supposed to touch anything but the food and trays after you put gloves on. Didn't happen. Touching their clothing. Begging for tips. Begging me to buy extra stuff so they can get their numbers up. As the older man said. I shouldn't have ate that sub. Worst subway i have ever been to. Wont be back. Pretty sad i have to clean my own table and seat
I have never been upset with anything I have gotten from SubWay. Even the employees are as nice as possible, even when there is just one and there is a line out the door
Always great subs. Love the new garlic sauce.
