I Love Starbucks and the quality flavor of drinks. We don’t have a stand alone Starbucks in our town so it is located in a grocery store. Staff went through a lot of change since Pandemic. But they have a new crew that seems to be the right combination. Now I have a broken leg so I can’t drive or walk in with a shattered leg and there is no drive through. Hopefully soon I will be on my 2 feet renewing my affair with Siren/Starbucks.
Service was amazing and the coffee was top notch. It's on the expensive side so I usually only go when I have a gift card
This Starbucks is good one day and bad the next 4 day's.I hate spending almost $7.00 for a drink that I have to toss in the trash,The last 4 times I have been ,has been horrible!!!
They turn their mobile ordering off so frequently that I’ve pretty much stopped visiting this sbux.

Mobile ordered and arrived at the store and was told they were out of the coffee I ordered and that it would be five minutes to make a different kind. I asked to for a refund and was told they couldn't give me a refund in the store and that I would have to go through the app but there did not appear to be a way to request a refund through the app so I had to go through customer service online.

Im from elizabethton but the starbucks there has limited things so i try to go to jc, but it never fails every single time the line of cars are to the street. You need to upgrade your store or open another free standing store in johnson city because it’s obvious y’all can keep up with customer demand. Im sorry but for a regular day having a line of cars thats 15+ cars long is ridiculous and taking almost 3 mins between cars moving is absolutely insane. Expect to spend 20+ mins in the drive through if the lines out to the road. The smart thing would be to open another free standing store
